Hotel ini bisa ditempuh dengan Exit D 3 Jalan Fengqi. Staff di resepsionisnya juga sangat antusias. Setelah sarapan pagi, housekeeper akan membereskan kamar. Sangat efisien, ini akan menjadi pilihan pertama Anda saat menginap berikutnya.

Lokasi hotel ini sangat bagus, terletak di pintu keluar stasiun kereta bawah tanah, kurang dari satu menit berjalan kaki dari pintu masuk hotel. Untuk mencapai lantai tempat tinggal Anda, Anda harus mengambil kartu kamar Anda, yang relatif aman. Sarapannya gratis, tapi tidak apa-apa.

Saya kecewa dengan kebersihan kamar yang kurang rapi. Menurut saya tidak ada gunanya pembersihan tanpa persetujuan pelanggan dan handuk hanya ditukar di kamar mandi tanpa pembersihan. Saya ingin memperbaikinya. Lokasi hotel, pelayanan staf dan sarapan semuanya dalam bahasa Inggris. Tapi mengecewakan karena kebersihan kamar kurang rapi. Menurut saya tidak ada gunanya pembersihan tidak diperlukan tanpa persetujuan pelanggan dan handuk hanya ditukar di kamar mandi tanpa pembersihan.

Hotel ini terletak dekat dengan kereta bawah tanah yang nyaman untuk bepergian, dekat dengan Danau Barat dan stasiun kereta berjarak 5 halte. Sarapan bervariasi, bersih dan higienis. Masih merupakan pengalaman yang baik.

Kamarnya cukup besar dan sarapannya lebih kaya dari hotel yang pernah saya kunjungi sebelumnya. Jalan utama masing-masing mengarah ke Danau Barat dan Yintai. Dekat dengan stasiun kereta bawah tanah, sangat nyaman untuk perjalanan dan dari bandara.

Very convenient, right next to a subway station and also to a shopping mall with lots of food. Westlake is very easy to get there by subway or bike. Breakfast is also good for foreigners. Check in was very smooth even though we arrived very early, so check in early but got a room right away.
