The service provided was satisfactory, and the room was impeccably clean. The hotel staff were aware of our guests birthdays, so they contacted the hotel. They took great care of delivering a birthday cake to our room and made it very seriously. In the morning, we enjoyed it in the administrative building. Overall, the service was excellent.

We were upgraded to a suite by the front desk. The facilities and environment are excellent overall, making the overall lodging experience enjoyable. Additionally, having supper on the second floor of energy city is quite convenient. Next time, i might stay here.

During my stay at the hotel during my trip to china, it was very comfortable. The hotel lobby also prepared special activities for the children staying in, such as the candy blower and the foreign films. Candy blowers are an intangible cultural heritage. Children can experience folk art in person. I will stay here again the next time i visit china.

This trip was fantastic! The hotel offers all the amenities needed, the rooms are roomy and cozy, and the breakfast is filling. The guest relations staff members, xiaoyu and xiaozhan, are attentive and enthusiastic.

The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere. Ive stayed here numerous times! The location is excellent. The guest relations departments xiao yang provides friendly and considerate service. Xian xiao also assists with checkout! Additionally, the room service is very prompt!.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, there is a lot of activity, and it is easy to travel. Its quite handy that theres onsite parking at the door. The lobby has arranged well and is simple yet elegant. There is pleasant music playing. In the executive lounge, xiaojing has an extremely kind and considerate attitude. Cleanliness is maintained in the room, which comes highly recommended! Additionally, its conveniently close to the shopping center, just stepping away in merely ten minutes!.

The service is excellent. I was delayed for 30 minutes the last time i checked in because ill go out to eat. It was really userfriendly. The front desk clerk was also very enthusiastic and upgraded the room. There were little flying.

This is not the first time i stay at this hotel. At first ive liked the decoration style, new china style. After staying here a lot, it feels like home. The lounge and guest relations department has always been the most recognized service. Appropriate arrangements can be made in advance according to personal preferences each time, and there is butlerstyle service available. This time was invited to participate in the membership day event. I had et he experience was very good. Cocktails were made on site, desserts and fruits were fresh. When ill leave, the staff gave me souvenirs. It was really beautiful packaging. As recomended as if u have seen their service grow as frequent guests. Location and quality are both important when choosing o hotels. A satisfactory experience.

Its fantastic, the location is convenient, and the hotel is incredibly considerate. The executive floor was upgraded for free, breakfast is generous, with delectable noodles. Both the setting and its location are excellent. It is the best hotel in the haidian district. Ill be back there next time.
