The room was very nice and the service was provided. The service is very considerate and fruits are given as gifts when you check in. There is enough mineral water provided. It is close to the west lake and the environment is very good. The breakfast is very rich and has a variety of categories.

The hotel is next to west lake park, with a beautiful environment and a dedicated passage connecting to the parks wooden plank road. The front desk service is friendly and provides administrative courtesy. The breakfast is rich. There are many people during the spring festival, but the dining arrangement is orderly.

During our recent trip to fuzhou to adopt our son, we spent a week at the lakeside hotel. I have nothing but wonderful things to say. The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms are stunning and immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of both chinese and american options. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating to us. We also had dinner at the upscale chinese restaurant within the hotel, and it was delicious! We loved the location right by the lake, and it took about 20 minutes to walk to 3 lanes and 7 alleys, which we visited several times. The hotel also has a lovely childrens play area, and you can borrow a stroller there. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and i highly recommend it. Thank you to the lakeside staff for making our stay so comfortable!.

The hotel is very nice. There should be frequented academic conferences and many people attend them. The newly renovated hotel is very clean and smells no smell. The lake view room has a great view! If i go to fuzhou again, i will choose here again.

The hotel is next to the west lake park. The environment is beautiful. You can walk around the lake on plank road. The room is clean, but the five star hotel seems to lack a bathtub. The staff has a very good attitude towards serving guests.
