I would absolutely return. Probably the nicest trip ive ever been on, the staff, hotel, and location were all just fantastic. Had it not been for Jarrod, who has always been so kind and accommodating throughout the trip and made the entire trip such a wonderful experience.

I had the best time at the gondola hotel in hakuba. The staff was amazing, the atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect. Clean rooms and bathrooms are available. And the hot pot dinner was delicious. Cant wait to come back!.

Location, location, position! Close to restaurants, nightlife, and the slopes. Although the rooms are basic, you dont need fancy when youre here for the pow. After a day of snowboarding, the recovery bar is also renowned for its morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The staff was excellent!.

The rooms are spacious and big. And then, the location is close to the ski resort. After that, they dont provide many facilities or toiletries in the room. Subsequently, this place is good for a stay near the skiing resort but not very complete.

Large room in a very convenient location! It would have been nice to be able to change the temperature of our room as it got quite warm. The service was very variable, we found. Some staff were very friendly and helpful, while others couldnt answer basic questions and were more interested in having sociable working holidays with one another. Great and very knowledgeable guys at the ski rental place. Its right near the gondola and slopes.

The location is good, close to the gondola for happo-1 ski resort. But its just a hostel. Breakfast is included and there is also supper downstairs. Bring your towel and earplugs if you are an early sleeper because you can hear music blasting in your room unless you want to go near or above the bar.

The location and staff were the things that stood out to me the most. Being able to explore the mountains directly across the street was ideal for my stay. The rooms were cozy and spotless, making them the ideal place to sleep. For recuperation, the onsen was excellent. It was fantastic that there was entertainment at the recovery bar on most evenings. We could also walk to restaurants for dinner on foot.

Excellent location within walking distance of the happo one gondola. The staff made the trip go smoothly, the guys at the ski shop were extremely helpful, and mark at reception gave us great recommendations for things to do around hakuba when we werent on the slopes. Also, there was a lot of fun at recovery bar downstairs!.

The hotel has a bar attached and there is live music. It closes at midnight so still plenty of time to rest before hitting the slopes. The staff are very friendly and love the private onsen on site to book. Great location right near the happo gondola!.

The rooms and service are minimalist. Omotenashihawu shi. Shou, kefu in kenihashui moindesu. He demowen itara, Ri Ben haWei u takedo, sutatsuhunoFang, no wifi in the rooms only the lounge and bar. Pillow sized for the economy class in flight. If you want a clean shower in your room, make sure to reserve one. Happy we did. Otherwise, communal showers. Sento only by private reservation, open until 8 p.M. Its just the little things. Call the front desk bell. No one came for 35 minutes. Watched he asked how to call cabs, while the receptionist was just drinking coffee, told him to do so himself. There is telegrams with instructions. Yes, they could, but it would only take ten minutes to give if they were doing nothing but drinking water. I would stay again due to the location. One staff member showed some hospitality. She had

I thoroughly enjoyed my four nights at the gondola hotel. It was fantastic to begin with a refresher course right across the street from the hotel because i havent done much snowboarding in the past few years! I picked it up again quickly, and as we progressed, we took the local bus to hakuba 47, which was absolutely fantastic. As ive gotten farther, ill try itawaki mountain, its my favorite mountain in hacuba, where he completed my first red track! What hilar! The accommodations were pleasant and reasonably priced, while the staff was friendly. I did get to see the apartments, but they look amazing and are only 100 meters from another chairlift, so if u want to have m more space, then ll probably book that next year because im hoping to get fewer apartments and the apartment will still be much cheaper than anything nearby. The included hotpot dinner was excellent and it was fun to work together to prepare the meal. Karaoke at recovery bar was great, along with drinks that were quite affordable sung by julius! How enlightening! Now onto madarao!.

The apartments in hakuba were so bright, fresh, and new. The best place weve stayed in japan so far. So many facilities and amazing, wonderful, kind, helpful staff. Brad and leana, the gondola hotels managers, have gone above and beyond to make our stay the best ever. They also booked us restaurants and onsens, helped us find the right shuttles and drove us back to our apartments. Our driver was a legend! I cant express how kind and helpful everyone has been. Thank you for looking after us, kelo hotel and apartments at hakuba.

The hotel out front was the most beautiful building while in the snow. The twin share room i stayed in was quite large for japan! The ski staff were very helpful and knew exactly what they were doing. It was very central and easy access to everything. Our hotel host, nick and jarrod were extremely helpful which exceeded our expectations. Oz snow is amazing and will definitely be back.
