I stayed for two nights, and I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous foyer and welcoming Gordon bar and delightful bar staff 22 and 23 Dec. Our room had a floor, and it was roomy and well-appointed with comfortable seating, a desk, and a chair. The mattress was also very comfortable, and the bathroom was large with a bath and separate shower. Plenty of towels and excellent amenities. Our only complaint was the delicious cafe, the only place in the hotel for a meal, as the restaurant was closed for renovations. The menu was excellent, but tables weren't prepared for dinner, and food arrived before the places were set for dinner. The staff was more concerned with setting tables for breakfast than taking care of us. We can only assume everyone else knew somewhere better to go because there were only 2 others eating. We were disappointed, but more so when it added a service fee. Our breakfast was included in the price, and an early breakfast was served at 10 am, so we had a poor meal after lying in. The hotel offers value for bed and breakfast. The receptionists were pleasant and helpful, and they spoke some English.

Very satisfied with this hotel and would recommend it to others. The location is great, with a delicious buffet breakfast with egg station, Western and Asian dishes to try, the rooms were a little old but clean and had all the usual facilities.

The place was excellent with excellent customer service. For instance, one of the rooms we were in smelled very smoke, and the front desk immediately dispatched someone with new keys and guided us to a beautiful top floor smoky. For a family of 5, split into two different hotel rooms, the rooms were very nice. Taxis are reasonably inexpensive, and the setting is ideal. I also completed a massage that ended after midnight. Very awesome for late birds like me. I don't want to elaborate on it more, but unfortunately, we were not present for very long. I would without a doubt suggest staying at this hotel to individuals, families, business, couples, and families. I hope to be back soon.

The lobby area was very nice with a nice bar and a small gift shop. The condition was clean and simple. There are no facilities in the room, but the bath has a retractable washing line, which is very useful. Breakfast was a little pricey for everyone trying to get a table, but there was a good selection.

This hotel is close to the bell tower and the accommodation, and the location is also very good. I got a nice bed, and I feel comfortable.
