I kept seeing this property and its fantastic rooms available offering. Located about half way between city and airport.. it's really great as a destination hotel. This is All New, as in new towels, new beds, new bricks. Visually appealing and loaded with features. Quiet and Walkable area. Close to Water Museum. The big surprise was Dinner Buffet, loaded with crab, steak, chops, sushi and pasta. Already planned my next trip.

We used this hotel for our company end party. I found the location to be remote but not at all close by. The location is on a small lake and is on a small lake. I found there were a lot of smoking in the lobby and other public areas, this is not what I want around me.

When the group arrived, it took over 10 minutes just to explain to the staff how to arrange the room, I eventually assisted them in doing their job. The room was just fine, the breakfast was varied, and the food was delicious. If you can speak Chinese or have someone who can speak Chinese for you, make sure you consider staying here.

I checked in late at night and the hotel was so quiet and large that the foyer and hallways seemed very eerie. The room was great, Huge bed, large. Of course the staff speak Chinese, you are in China, but there are plenty translator apps to help you get by. The grounds and the view of the water museum are amazing.

I was invited to a conference held at this hotel, which has a beautiful structure and facility. Check in. Nightmare without English, all things being done on the phone using a translator. $400 security was charged and held. I was the only western in this hotel. Rp trying to eat at one of the two restaurants one chinese one western I was told sorry, closed, on the door said until 830 why closed now I ask? The cook gone home, the answer to my host in Mandarin. So the next option is the western restaurant. When we got there we were told closed but we only served 8 dishes until 8 chinese style noodles. But in a western style restaurant why only chinese style soup. Trying the room service menu and food was also a disaster. So, no food. Generally, a chinese style breakfast with noodles and soup. Large rooms, pretty clean, poor facilities, not recharged every day, very tiny, very small, to the point it was strange. Body lotion is provided, but in a miniature, battery-size tube. Body lotion? maybe made for a barbie doll-size body. T. I? Yes, working, but sorry no reception, no cables, no satellite, nothing. They tried to fix the first night, but no success. We will be back tomorrow to fix. I was in this room during
