Pelayanan di hotel ini hampir sama dengan hotel lainnya. Namun, yang membuat saya tertarik adalah makanan yang disajikan di sini. Mulai dari sarapan hingga makan malam semuanya sangat memuaskan. Apalagi pelayanan para staf di restoran, mulai dari masuk ke restoran dan duduk di meja makan, semuanya dilayani dengan sangat baik. Apalagi dengan live cooking di hari Sabtu malam yang menyajikan makanan laut yang sangat enak. Pelayanan ramah dan sangat peduli dengan apa yang kita inginkan. Saya warga Pekanbaru memberikan nilai A dan untuk hotel ini. Tidak lupa dengan semua pelayanan dan keramah tamahan salah satu staf bernama Jacu dan staf lainnya di hotel ini yang sangat baik. Terima kasih.

Excellent service from the staff. Comfortable to stay. All facilities are in good condition. Nice view. From the top of the building, you can see the entire sibu skyline. And room services are also good. Wellkept rooms. Perfect timing. The food is also delicious. Thank you for your efforts.

The hotel is in a great location, with free parking in the mall. The rooms are clean and the service is good. A little expensive compared to other hotels around. There is no swimming pool. It could use an external new coat of paint. Buffet breakfast is very limited. Our deal included breakfast for adults. They charged rm 29.50 for children.

This place has a good location, and the staff is helpful. The location is in the center of sibu city, close to restaurants and other convenience stores. There is plenty of parking space. Its clean and easy to find.

Hotel ini terletak di pusat kota Bandar Sibu. Alhamdulillah, semuanya baik. Sarapannya juga enak. Banyak pilihan. Jika Anda ingin parkir di atas gedung, Anda dapat parkir di atas gedung, tetapi kami datang dengan Hilux. Sangat sulit untuk parkir. Ada parkir di depan hotel, tetapi parkir berbayar. The parking space was another issue. Its quite limited. For those traveling with small children, this place is a decent choice. Hopefully, there will be fewer than two queen beds in one room in the future. The breakfast buffet offered countless options.

This hotel is located in the town center and is surrounded by restaurants, markets and shops. The room i stayed in on the 13th floor was very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was only one item missing from the room, a safe box. Front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered at the hotel was just average.

Its just a decent hotel. There is nothing exciting to be excited about. Im here because of the location, which is within walking distance of tourist attractions. This hotel is connected to tavern, only i have walked to the tiny mall. Parking is available on the third floor.

The hotel is 3 stars, but the service is 5 stars. The staff are helpful and friendly, especially the reception and the restaurant waiter waitress, who try their best to fulfill my request. There is a shopping center next to the hotel which is very convenient. Highly recommended.
