This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I had booked a pickup service in advance. After boarding the plane, I quickly located the pickup master who assisted me with my luggage. He was very professional and attentive. Thank you courtyard concierge for a wonderful check-in experience.

I won't stay here again in 2020. First of all, I thought this hotel has a strange setup, but this hasn't adversely impacted its quality. It was linked back to another hotel and was adjacent to and in the same complex as a Crown Place and a Holiday Inn. It appeared that long ago this was a hotel complex owned by the state. later split into different plots for different hotels. Location The hotel was actually located right between zhengzhou train station and zhengzhou east train station. Zhengzhou station was in the old city center, while zhengzhou east station was in a newly developed modern officeresidential neighborhood in the east. There were bus stops directly in front and close to the hotel. Taking a bus to the zhengzhou east station and the Zhengzhou museum was simple. Busfares in zhengzhou were only rob. 00, and they have dedicated bus lanes. I traveled to and from the Zhengzhou east station without any problem at all. Park and dennis department store after the park were both near the hotel. Clean, spacious room, comfortable stay, and good sleep. There is really nothing to complain about. I stayed for two nights. But the first morning I had to take breakfast at 6 am. Breakfast started at 6 am, but the food wasn't fully

They gave me the rooms tour video and the only thing I can do not upload it to the website. They gave the video to my room tour but I couldn't post it on TripAdvisor. It's just like they don't do it well because this room was so big and had a city view. The employee was so kind. Upon check-in, the employee named Robin from the executive lounge was so caring and kind. Plus, they also helped me get my luggage back with their connection, but my luggage did not travel there as I needed it in three days, and the Hilton managed to get my luggage back within 24 hours of my check-in.

I went there to see the Yellow River, Shaolin temple, and other historical places. Still maintaining a transitional Chinese taste. This hotel was a new facility in the area and is conveniently located. The room is spacious and clean and the sleeping was comfortable. Will consider it again on my next visit to the city.

The room provided a bike or a massage chair while we were there. The staff was friendly and the room service was amazing. The hotel restaurant had a good selection of food. However, there is a garage fee that is a little dubious and expensive that has not been explained to the customer. Otherwise, recommended.

We stayed on western new year's Eve this time. Respected as a Marriott titanium member, I was given a small bottle of wine and chocolates as a welcome present. Studio suite but another building view. Nice room with a wonderful huge king-size bed, no unusual things. Again, nothing unusual in breakfast. The executive lounge is improving in quality and the food selection is excellent. Beers weren't in the chiller and were always requested, so it was very warm. The staff were very kind and accommodating. The lobby's Teddy bear display was very nice. Located right next to the line 4 tube station, but not much else is nearby. He advises him, there are better Marriott hotels in Zhengzhou.

I chose to stay at Sheratons because it is the most complete hotel chain with all the amenities, amenities, and services. The hotel facilities are great even though the brunch offer is almost identical for my 8 nights of stay. The toiletries need to be better. The price is more expensive for each night I am paying, which is really not cheap at all.
