We had a very good stay. The room was clean and spacious. We were so happy that we got an early check in as our flight arrived Beijing early. Breakfast was good. The hotel has a great location in a quiet hutong. You can easily walk from the hotel to Wangfujing Street and The Forbidden City.

The service from staff was excellent, They went out beyond the call of duty to provide excellent service. All the ladies at the front desk and the guy at the door were very helpful. The free breakfast was excellent. It had such a great and wide choice of breakfast items. That free breakfast was very good and memorable.

Despite it is located in a Hutong and not that near to the 2 subway station, however the hotel make it all worth while. 1. There is FREE laundry service with dryer! 2. Room is super clean and housekeeping did a great job 3. Breakfast has a lot of varieties and changes everyday! 4. They knew it’s my birthday and send a cake.. not a piece of cake but the whole cake! I will definitely stay here again!

We had a great time with the employees, receptionists, restaurant hostesses, housekeepers, and doorman. Everyone was extremely courteous and always welcoming you back to your room or leaving. The hotel was immaculate. Whether you are of Chinese descent, Asian in general, or of any other ethnicity, the breakfast food was a great variety and of high quality for everyone to enjoy. I appreciated their organization in receiving packages and having informed them of a package arriving the next day. Even the elevator issue was quickly resolved. Just to be honest, service is important. The rooms were always kept clean and organized, including where we left our personal belongings, and they always replenished what we had used. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with convenient tables for eating or working. I appreciated the large tv, even though it only works with phone numbers and apps. You can cast, but many of the things we watch are on applications that are banned, so it was just useless to us. Wifi was also good. I ended up using my data more frequently to use the banned apps in Mainland china. We got our sims in macau or hong kong, which included vpns allowing applications like application, Netflix, etc. To work. The shower stall and the mirror placement were the only things we didnt like about our specific room. If you are not a couple, one person has to be careful not to look in the direction of the shower. Otherwise, it was fantastic. The water pressure was perfect, and the products provided for use were excellent. There is no safe or refrigerator. There is a small closet where you can hang your clothes and wet towels and sit down to put on your shoes. The metro station is 15 minutes away, but it is not the closest, but there are bus stops nearby as well as a lot of restaurants. This hotel is located in an old neighborhood with a narrow street, so keep in mind the traffic. We felt it was a safe neighborhood. We had no trouble getting in or out with a taxi to and from the airport. I would stay again. I personally think the advantages outweighed the drawbacks.

Great location. Hotel is in a old fashion Hutong in the heart of Beijing where you see locals' life but also close to major tourism spots. It was super fun to walk or ride a bike through these Hutongs. Staffs are very friendly and try their best to make guest feel at home. Tasty breakfast with a lot of choices. Will definitely go back next time I visit Beijing!
