I was on vacation with our 1 yearold, so we checked into the hotel to visit some family for the mid-autumn holiday. When room service brought the baby bed in, I went to the bathroom without any idea that I would be locked inside for a minute due to a stuck door! After a minute of panicking with the scared screaming baby on the opposite side of the door, the hotel manager finally managed to get someone in the room and hammer the door down. The bathroom's emergency button and telephone triggered an emergency. I was soon able to detect the sink was blocked and the curtain had fallen off the track on one side because the wall light was blinking. Also, the floor wasn't very clean, so I had to stop the baby from eating the dirty stuff in his mouth. Someone knocked on the door while I was trying to take the infant down for a nap. He was there to fix the light, but when he went, the light only started blinking again. At the very least, he repaired the clogged sink.

Really, American vacation inns may learn a thing or two from their Chinese counterparts. Room size was around average, but the bathroom felt large. Excellent assortment of free toiletries, numerous outlets, and it was cleaner and the staff was friendlier than most holiday inns I've been to. Breakfast buffet was free but a bit bland, and i give them a 5 except for the construction noise. The noise isn't something they can do particularly well, but the retraction from the experience is important to consider. When we went out, they called a taxi for us, had someone wait outside to make sure we got it, and then made sure we knew how to pay. Im betting they get a lot of westerners and expats who may not know how cabs work.

Even if the room was quite small, the bathroom had a huge feel. A nice selection of free toiletries, many outlets, and a cleaner and friendlier staff than the majority of the holiday inn I've been in was provided. The breakfast buffet was free but somewhat bland, and I give them a 5 in respect of the road construction noise. While they are unable to do anything about the noise, its a positive aspect of the experience to note. They called a cab for us while we were leaving, had someone wait outside to see if we had received it, then made sure we knew how to pay. I think they may be receiving a lot of Westerners and expats who might not know how cabs work.

I strongly recommend this place. On my trip, I stayed in hotels in various regions of the Fusion Province, which made it nice to experience the quality of service provided by a professional management company. The staff was friendly and cheerful. The elevators had pleasant scents! I really had no issues. Wonderful stay, sadly, the tour only lasted one night. The room was clean and roomy, as was the bathroom, which included a full supply of amenities. The service at breakfast was second to none, and the cuisine was outstanding.

This hotel was very good with amazing service. The pool outdoor here was so welcoming and the scenery was good. The protection system was also there, and almost no contact was ever present. The breakfast also was so good.

Very nice hotel and great service. Especially their outdoor pool where the swimming in the evening is very comfortable and the scenery is nice. During the hotel epidemic, protection was also in place and all contactless services. Breakfast also very good.

Our one-year-old and I visited the hotel to visit family for the mid-autumn holiday. Right after room service delivered the baby bed in, I went to the bathroom without realizing I would be locked inside for a short while with a broken door! After a short period of panic with a scared screaming infant on the other side of the door, the hotel manager managed to convince someone to enter the room and hammer the door down. The bathroom's emergency button and telephone enabled us to do so. The manager then upgraded us to the executive suite with complimentary fruit plates and breakfast. The light on the wall was blinking and I soon realized the sink was broken and the curtain fell off on one side. The floor was also dirty and I had to constantly stop the baby from putting dirty food in his mouth. When I was trying to put the baby down for a nap, someone knocked on the door and let himself in before I could answer. He was there to fix the light, but after he left, the light only started flashing again. At the very least, he fixed the dripping sink.

On my tour, I stayed in Chinese hotels in various parts of the fusion province. It was really nice to be treated nicely in a well-run hotel! The bathroom and room had full amenities, and the room was spotless and roomy. The breakfast menu was excellent, and the service was friendly and cheerful, with smiling employees always eager to help. There was even nice piped-in music! The lifts had a nice aroma! I really had no problems. Excellent stay, sadly, the trip only lasted one night. strongly suggested.

From the moment we checked in, the holiday inn's personnel was fantastic. From the moment I entered, the employee who is the customer relations liaison, Lili, located my iPhone and transported us across town to retrieve it, which was beyond words. Candy, jamal, and Kelvin were always very friendly and helpful in making our family vacation so unforgettable. Both the foyer and bar areas, as well as the rooms, were immaculate and immaculate. The staff at the Holiday Inn were amazing from the minute we checked in. I had lost my iPhone and the customer service person Lili found it in the taxi and took us across town to retrieve it. Thank you Holiday Inn putin. The rooms were immaculate and perfect as were the foyer and bar areas. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through China and wish all the hotels I stay at in the future are as clean and hospitality as you.

Second time in Putian and much better hotel experience this time staying at the holiday inn. Staff speaks english which makes the stay much easier than other same class hotel where they only speak chinese. Rooms are large and comfortable. Great pool & gym. Will stay there again next time I am in Putian
