The hotel is good, the service is nice, and the food is delicious. We stayed here for a long time. I like it. The room is clean and in tastier location.

Saya sangat puas dengan lokasi hotel yang bagus, dekat dengan planetarium. Saya tahu saya akan makan di hotel seberang, jadi saya tidak merasakan ketidaknyamanan apa pun. Set makanan sudah termasuk set makan malam, yang cukup untuk dua porsi besar dan satu porsi kecil.

The room size is not too big, and the facilities are very new. The living room arrangement is ideal for business trips, with a good service attitude. Breakfast and dinner are included in the set meal, which is quite affordable.

Very new, very clean and very comfortable hotel. The new smart toilet is very good. However, the hotel does not have a doorman or bellman so you have to carry your own luggage. There is no contactless robot so we have had to go downstairs and pick up takeaways from the front desk. Front desk staff need to improve their service level.

The hotels surroundings are excellent. It is conveniently located near the chinese planetarium and can be reached on foot. The lovely lady at the front desk gave us a free upgrade to our room type, and the service was friendly and considerate. Overall, it was incredibly enjoyable to stay here.

Saya menginap di lantai paling atas, di lantai 17, di mana saya bisa melihat Danau Dishui. Sayangnya saat hujan agak berkabut. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan luas, dan staf memiliki sikap pelayanan yang sangat baik, terutama harga 799.

The only thing that could be improved is the bathroom water temperature not being very stable. Maybe because too many guests shower at the same time. Consider it quite cheap in such a good location and with scrumptious breakfast.

I am very satisfied with this place. First of all, i want to say that the front desk and customer service are excellent and ive given them full marks. This service is usually provided to restaurants. The set dinner ordered that night was placed on a table outside the buffet when we arrived at the restaurant, which was very awkward. On the second day, the breakfast reception capacity was inadequate. There was stale and inconvenient dining area. It was really interesting that after the cart cleaning the tables moved around and left leftover food from the previous guests, it was quite entertaining. Everything else feels good except for the service in the dining room area or the kitchen area as well. Both the housekeeping and the room hygiene are good. When the refrigerator in our room wasnt cooling properly, housekeepers sent service personnel to fix the problem right away.

Overall, im very satisfied! My companions and i visited the planetarium. I chose to stay in a hotel that night because the round trip was quite far and needed to be more relaxed. The hotels interior design is excellent. All of the table tops, sheets, etc. In the room were spotless. Both the air and the scenery around are excellent as well. Western cuisine is served for dinner. Breakfast is incredibly tasty and has dozens of options on the buffet. Its cosy eating environment.

The hotel room is larger and has a small living room. The decoration in the room was warm and the breakfast was rich. Its not far from the chinese planetarium, but its not very convenient to eat around. You can choose takeaway, which is very affordable.

The room was upgraded. It was quite cozy, even though i only stayed one night and arrived in the middle of the night. The layout was like my own home. I compared several hotels and found this to be the most online hotel in terms of distance, price, service, and design from the planetarium. Thank you.

The hotel has a very distinctive decor. It is conveniently located near dishui lake, and all of the amenities are brand new. This place is ideal for families who want to play on weekends or hang out with friends. Additionally, it is close to the park and planetarium.

This hotel was our first choice for our threegeneration family trip to china. Not only did we avoid any mistakes, but we also had a great value! Checkin on the second day of valentines day. It has been full for days. The hotel is very tired, yet it is evident that they still maintain high standards of professional hospitality. Everyone in the guest rooms and at the front desk was smiling and polite, especially ms. Chen, who spoke well with us, which reflects the hotels professional attitude of trying its best to do everything well. Very good. Next time i visit china, ill make this hotel my first option.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. The location is good, very close to the planetarium. I knew in advance that i would be eating at the hotel opposite, so ive not felt any inconvenience. A set meal includes a set dinner, which is enough for two large and one small portions.

The room is comfortable and clean, very close to the lake, with convenient transportation around. On new years eve, i checked into the hotel and booked a new year supper at the artyzen hotel's zilin Chinese restaurant. I was very satisfied! The hotel has an underground parking area, which is very safe!.
