Basic hotel for a reasonable price. Basic cleanliness, no frills, dated bed linen, bathroom skirting finishing and wallpaper. The smell of smoking when entering the building. In a cheap looking location by an ugly bridge nothing nice to look at but dilapidated homes. Did what it said on the tin and was decent just for a nights sleep.

A good value for money location for work-travel. On another note, I arrived after leaving my luggage in the taxi, and the receptionist, my hunter wu, was quick to get in touch with the taxi company. It returned within a half hour. He also advised me on how to avoid getting scammed by taxi drivers at the airport. The hotel is quite prominent from the road, near the intersection of hong qiao road and wish yuan road. The lobby is warm and new. I was assigned an ith-level room that was most desirable. The room is roomy and clean, with a view of the main road. Aircorn is also nice. The lift only serves floors. Does not include a fridge, iron, and cable. You can actually select from a variety of decent movies, but they only accept two cashless payment options, which are very popular in China. However, the wifi and breakfast were free and adequate. Overall, a budget-friendly location for business travel. On another note, after leaving my luggage in the taxi, the receptionist, my hunter wu, was quick to talk with the taxi company. Ibis Honqiao reminded me of an ibis in Europe. Everything is european from the front desk to the room. The rooms are clean and spacious. Shower and toilet are all good. Simple but complete with basic amenities. Large king-size bed with international standard quality pillows and comforters. Air conditioning works perfectly this summer. Breakfast included but nothing fancy. Overall it's such a beautiful business hotel.

I highly recommend this place to anyone. I only remained at the hotel for one night because I had to pass a visa health check in mining. I live in Nanjing and frequently visit Shanghai. This was the first time I had spent in Shanghai, where English was not very widespread. Despite the difficulty of speaking English, the hotel personnel was excellent. When I asked for a cab the next morning to get to the hospital, they were very accommodating and led me to the restaurants on the main road. The room was spotless, simple, and modern.
