I was very impressed with the staff and facilities. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Any small issues that did arise were handled immediately. The food whether in the restaurant, buffet, or room service were all very good. I will be back to stay at your hotel again.

I have a great experience at this hotel, all the staff are so friendly, and check-in process went without a hitch. The room is large and clean, the bathroom is also very good. At breakfast, I can choose a variety of food, and there are a lot of visitors, however the traffic is managed well.

The location is convenient to travel to the airport, municipal government, or train station. The executive lounge offers a wide variety of breakfast options. Olivia even offered to lend me her personal stuff, which touched me deeply. I had asked for a foam pillow in the bed and saw it after entering the room. The room was clean and included a large round tub with a beautiful lake view.

My family decided to travel here because this Intercontinental was the only one answering my email about using our points. A big thank you to Apple wang for giving us an utterly wonderful service and communication. She is the best! The room, pool area, breakfast buffet, and Japanese restaurant were all lovely. I really liked the Chinese breakfast stations and whoever decided to put a soundproof kids play area in the buffet area is a genius. Great club level drinks and food as well. Way better than other intercontinental I have been too. Our baby even received a small bear and bath set. We had a very pleasant stay, everything was perfect. Great escape from Shanghai. There is also a huge mall and two lovely bars nearby. Great drinks at the Mexican restaurant in the mall as well. Never get a cocktail in the hotel lobby unless you want the worst drink in all of China, my only complaint. All we did was relax at the hotel, drink, eat, and walk around the area. It seemed odd to be an odd place to come for a relaxing family vacation, but it was everything we needed and hoped for. Return to Shanghai completely refreshed. Thanks to all the wonderful staff here again.

I have stayed here before and was very impressed. This time was almost as good. The room I had showed more wear and tear likely because I booked late and the hotel only had a few rooms left at the standard level. The staff were excellent and catered to my every need. I will stay again.
