After 3 months traveling around Asia, I had a stop over em Beijing and this hotel was the best place I stayed on these months. The staff is super friendly, the hotel is new, clean, comfy. The room is big and offer shampoo, cond, body lotion... All we need! The western breakfast was amazing. If you need to stay close to the airport, this is the best place. They picked me up and took me at the airport for free.

Kary was helpful in arranging transport from the airport to the shuttle. I stayed in the loft and it was very clean and open - exactly like the photos. The room was large and also had its own kitchen for cooking. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport.

Il faut savoir qu’il ne s’agit pas dun hôtel classique. Lorsque je suis arrivé la nuit il n’y avait personne et même si j’avais reçu les instructions par message pour accéder à ma chambre, j’avais un peu peur. L’environnement autour est de banlieue un peu abandonnée et l’hotel se situe à 40 minutes du centre en Uber (Didi en Chine). La chambre est grande et le lit très confortable. Une dame (la seule qui parlait anglais) a été très aimable pour nous aider à organiser notre transfert à l’aéroport et a été super disponible. Les autres ne parlent aucune autre langue hormis le chinois…compliqué. La propreté pourrait être mieux, surtout dans la salle de bain.

The accommodation is not exactly what it looks like the photos. It was difficult to find in a back street car park. The room was very dusty and there was rubbish around the bed when we arrived. The airport shuttle advertised doesn’t exist so bear this in mind. The breakfast that is included was bread and egg. No fresh fruit and yogurt like you’d expect. Both mornings we stayed there were staff knocking on the door before 8am to check if we wanted breakfast. The second morning a lady let herself in to my room at 7:10am frightening my children. I think this was the cleaner after speaking to reception staff. The reception staff were very difficult to speak to. Fortunately we only slept without spending long periods of time here as it’s not what I was expecting. On the plus side the boss took my family to the train station after raising the issue of no free airport shuttle as advertised.

definitely feeling deceived by the pictures. The motel like property is located in a very poor neighborhood where I felt dangerous walking out, it is also difficult to find as it is not on main street. I had a hard time to find a room with clean sheets. You must schedule ride to airport in advance, it is not a shuttle but one driver with his own car to take you to places. The driver is nice and kind. Most of the time there is only one receptionist who isn’t very welcoming. The receptionist is also responsible for delivering the breakfast to guest rooms. I believe there is only one receptionist at a time at front desk.

英語は全く通じません。日本語を話せる人がいると、事前に連絡を取った際に言われていましたが、実際は翻訳アプリを使用してのやりとりでした。無駄にゴージャスな建物で、部屋は広く綺麗目ではありましたが、壊れた棚、掃除が行き通っていませんでした。スムーズに行かないことが多々ありましたが、ホテルの人はなんとかしようと頑張ってくれました。事前に連絡を取っていたので空港への送迎は無料でして頂けました。飲み物は部屋にあるもののみ。朝食サービスの際、飲み物は水もありません。空港から近いので、長期滞在の方よりかは到着が遅い方や、帰り朝早い方向けのホテルかと思います！長期滞在でも都心部へはタクシーでそんなに値段もしないので、サービスに拘らない方、中国語が話せる方にとっては悪いホテルではないと思います。

Badet er fullt av svart mugg og skittent. Det renner rust og skit nedover veggene i dusjen. Badet bærer preg av å ikke ha vært vasket eller vedlikeholdt på 20 år. Rommet er slitt og har skitne vegger. Vanndispenseren på rommet var så skitten at vi ikke turte å bruke den. Aircondition virker ikke. Hotellet har ikke basseng selv om det står at de har det. Det står på nettet at de har to restauranter. Den ene restauranten man ser bilde av på hotels.com er omgjort til et treningsstudio. Vi så ingen annen restaurant der. Bildene på hotels.com er totalt misvisende. Det er mulig at hotellet var luksuriøst for 25 år siden. Nå ser det ut til at eierne har gitt opp. "Snacks og drikke-tilbudet" er et kjøleskap med brus og vakuumpakket langtidsholdbar kyllingfilet. Stikkontaktene er løse og skjeve og virker bare når man holder på dem, så jeg fikk ikke ladet mobilen. Kommunikasjon er via meldinger på mobil. Etter at jeg ga hotellet beskjed om at vi var misfornøyd og ville kansellere oppholdet så sluttet de å svare på meldingene mine. Dette er det verste hotellet jeg noen gang har bodd på. Hold dere unna! Jeg prøvde å legge ut bilder, men fikk dessverre ikke lastet opp. Jeg har én ting å si som er positivt. Sengetøy og håndklær er faktisk rent!

The room was not clean and had a strong smell of smoke. The light in the washroom is broken. No tea bags or coffee in the room. No staff are available at the hotel at all times. The front desk has a sign for self-check-in. You must call a number to get help. No dining room for breakfast. Breakfast was delivered to the room by someone at 9am in minimal quantities. The bread, packed in a plastic bag, is not fresh.

No shuttle available. Misadvertised about shuttle. Room fairly clean. Breakfast brought to room, half of corn, two boild eggs and corton of milk with pice of bread. Most of the time no staff on site. Location is in the village that is not tourist friendly.

If the very cheap breakfast extra charge seems too good to be true, it's because it is too good to be true. We went downstairs after 8 AM and there was no breakfast to be seem nor any staff. This is more of an airbnb style location than a hotel. You will get what you pay for... 如果那个非常便宜的早餐加收费看起来好得令人难以置信，那是因为它确实不真实。我们早上八点后下楼，根本没有看到早餐，也没有任何工作人员。这更像是Airbnb式的住宿地点，而不是酒店。你得到的服务和品质，基本上就是你付的钱所对应的。

It was the worst hotel that I've ever experienced. The room was cold, shower was dirty, the bed was used. Staff was reckless. The breakfast was not existing even I booked as "with breakfast". For check-in, I waited for the staff at least 10 minutes. The location was very bad; the taxi couldn't arrive and I had to walk with my luggage 10 minutes in the mud. Even they offer free stay, I don't stay in this hotel. I don't recommend at all.
