Staffs are friendly and helpful, upgraded my room and gv me free breakfast though my booking was without breakfast .Room is big and Clean with nice scenery view. Would definitely consider this hotel as first option when I revisit to Nan Ning

酒店有当地美食试吃和点灯仪式表演，还可以免费租赁民族服饰，想去广西博物馆参观还可以预约酒店车辆免费接送，工作人员服务态度非常好，对酒店服务也认真介绍，游泳池和健身房也不错。大堂在顶楼，景色很好，可以一览附近的青秀山，也是一个植物园。

We have stayed here numerous times over the past few years, and it has never disappointed us! The staff and service are excellent. Always. The breakfast buffet is tantalizing, and the room we had was such a wonderful Valentine's Day upgrade! There are "3" upper level hotels in Nanning, and I believe this is the top of the "3". It was also priced competitively too. Although, whatever we have paid over the past few years was always always well worth every dime! Thank you Lotus! See you again, most definitely! Daniel C.

It was (again) quite elegant, professional and classy. The suite we paid for was worth every penny. Will buy again. The only thing wrong? Too many Chinese people still smoke cigarettes, everywhere, elevators, bathrooms, etc. Didn't they get the message?

Located in pretty modern district of the city, surrounded by shopping centers with many options to eat out. New hotel with beautiful decor. Spacious room with clean bathroom and more than enough space to put your luggage. Very comfortable bed. Great swimming pool with amazing view. At the end of August few guests in general.

I had a great twoday short stay at this hotel. The hotel lobby is on level 80, the highest floor, and the hotel lobby is on level 80. When you enter the lobby, you can feel a luxury calm vibe with the incredible mountain city view of tanning. There are two types of rooms. The mountain or city view, both rooms offer a pleasant experience. The room is quite big and cozy quiet. The sound from the neighboring door wont bother you. The bed is big comfortable and comes with a lovely bathtub. I was reluctant to step out of the room because of the beautiful view. Sleeping well the next day. This hotel is in a strategic location, close to a shopping area within walking distance, with a supermarket, a cinema, and many dining options. The hotel is extremely safe at night, and the hotel has an exclusive lift just for slayers that will guarantee safety. During the day and night, the hotel has a sky lounge with a breathtaking view. The quality of the drinks, however, is a little high. The breakfast is a variety of international options to choose from. The entire trip staying at this hotel is a wonderful relax. The hotel staff are courteous, caring, and will do their best to ensure that you have the best stay experience. Everything is good, from the front desk to the cleaning. This place is extremely recommended. At this na lotus, the tallest luxury collection in the world, I had a wonderful stay. I was immediately astonished by Queen Quan's top-notch service and treated well in a nice room when I checked in. She assisted me in navigating the local government's policy requirements for covid policies, which helped me save a lot of time. She obviously is going very far in her journey of hospitality. The room is spacious, with a beautiful outlook. As a marriott elite benefit, the minibar snacks are provided for free. Although I wish the hours could have been delayed to 10.30 a.m. rather than on a daily basis, the breakfast was adequate.

The excellent hotel room is. It is equipped with all the 5-star conveniences. The hotel also has a nice lobby bar. The bad thing is the terrible buffet. I believe that the cook is only qualified to prepare microwave food. I'd rather eat my donald than the hotel breakfast. What I advise is: Avoid staying here. The Marriott Hotel's rooms are about 2030 lower than the Na lotus Hotel, and the food is delicious. The na lotus hotel buffet is absolutely rubbish. Only an untrained loser who was fortunate enough to get rich would eat the hotel buffet's dog food.

The room itself was very clean, the only small thing I would note is that the shower in my room had a bit of a smell and didn’t appear to be 100% clean, though it could be the colouring of the floor itself. Pool and gym were well maintained and well staffed. Air conditioning worked great and breakfast was amazing for the wide selection!
