I had an excellent time here. When we arrived, they were always friendly and courteous, and we got some gifts and an impromptu darts game. They use standard checks, and there is always someone who can speak English. The staff is excellent and makes a significant difference. In addition, there was tea available to revitalize while we checked. I think it's a little difficult to find, but it was helpful because we took a photo of the outside from here so we could know what to look for and the correct Chinese name. However, we could stroll to the temple of Heaven in 15 minutes. After the metro was shut, the hotel assisted us in getting a taxi home, and I'm really grateful for their assistance. The rooms themselves were big, spotless, and equipped with a variety of little details to make them cozy. These glass bathrooms, however, there is a simple blind that can be used for those of us who are less exaggerators. On any future visits to Beijing, I had a great time staying here, and I'd like to return.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. The weather was very cold and they greeted us with war traditional milk. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and my friend and try to answer any questions. Please be aware that if you use Google Maps to get from the airport to public transport, the English address takes you somewhere else. Copy paste the Chinese address or use it.

This is a standard boutique hotel near the temple of heaven and the pearl market in Hongqiao. Your room is clean but outdated. You can walk around a block and take bus 41, then get off at the temple and take bus 41 back from the hotel. The staff does not speak English well, but their dedication to your stay will most definitely make up for it. After all, you are in China. The maid was always available to help us with our needs and the staff called a taxi for you. That speaks for the staff well. Expect room service or luggage transfer.

First impression wasn't great, but once you get the service, you can say that it is undervalued. I had a problem the first night because expedite bookings through expedite have frequently been the problem. I couldn't check in because my booking was not recorded in their system, but the hotel was able to get me another hotel for a night for free, and then I transferred back the next day. The room was pleasant, and the amenities were beyond your expectations, including yogurt and milk candy. I do recommend this hotel. The other issue was the location shown on Didi Maps and Google Maps, you must bring your sim from your country and turn on roaming to use Google and Facebook services as China sim blocks those services wrongly.

The room was cleaned thoroughly, and it was equipped accordingly. But the personnel cannot speak English. The game I was playing at the front desk, which is also good for my kids, is a video game. For breakfast, the hotel partners with a restaurant, but there isn't much food there. Moreover, the location is ideal because it is close to the temple of heaven.
