Our first visit to this hotel was great. We reserved an ocean view suite room and were given a floor room without a view of the ocean. Moved to ith floor, and now you can see the sea from the shared balcony maybe with 3 other rooms, but it's not the ocean view from the room that most people would expect. However, the 2 room suite was perfect. Breakfast was ok, but there were many children during National Holiday Week. The swimming pool was nice and had many amenities for children. Hotel grounds are very nice, with a view of the sea. Excellent coastal walk. Beech is about 100 meters to the right. Great cycling area with no restaurants close but several phone delivery food stores. Marriott members can enjoy free soft drinks all day in the lobby, but tea or coffee. There is also a 2-hour happy hour event for platinum and above, but it is very simple but the thought matters. Recommend it to others.

For four days, we stayed at the Sheraton. The airport is a little farther away than the hotel and the town center. A sea view room was reserved by us, which was really roomy and spotless. We had trouble closing the bathroom door, for example, because of the humidity. Since the hotel is a sizable structure, plan some strolls to the breakfast, etc. The breakfast itself offers a wide range of choices, but it is nothing exceptional. The hotel has three well-kept swimming areas. The large pool was fantastic, but the one with large water slides was closed when we came there. The fitness center is superb and wellequipped, but it needs thorough cleaning. The hotel's greatest drawback would be this. Training is required for the staff. They typically had trouble speaking English. Even asking them in Chinese was challenging for most of them. Nothing can not be fixed, but as most of the visitors are in China, no one appears to care too much. Would we return there? Yes, if the service is on par with that of the Sheratons level.

Our four families, including two children ages 2 and 5, spent two days at Sheratons Haiku. The water slides and the variety of swimming pools that I knew my kids would enjoy were the main reasons for choosing this hotel! I was a little unsure after reading some unfavorable reviews on TripAdvisor here, but after reading it for two nights, decided to try it out. We were initially dissatisfied with the hotel when we first arrived because it seemed quite outdated and worn out, and there was a long line at the front desk. But the front desk personnel were very efficient, so we didn't have to wait long to check in. We stayed in the family suite, and the room was actually better than I anticipated! It includes all these tiny toys, a play tent, a running horse, and even a toilet designed for a toddler! We felt very at home. The hotel appears to be older than it really is because it is directly on the beach, which means that it has several variations of swimming pool jacuzzis, so it was not overcrowded at all. Unfortunately, we had to spend only one day relaxing in the pool, and I believe we will definitely come back! On the first day, we tried their supper buffet, and it was very enjoyable. Good value for money around 168 rmb per adult, and a wide variety
