I've now stayed here a few times because it's in the city's prime location. The rooms are spacious, recently renovated, and very good value. The rooms vary quite a bit, some are excellent, others mediocre, but overall, it's probably the best business and luxury hotel in the city.

When I was told I would need to bring a 300 rob cash deposit before I could register, I was immediately concerned. I could not comprehend why the credit card that prepaid my reservation couldnt be preauthorized for the damage deposit then refunded. When I got to the hotel, upon checkin, I was promptly greeted by a friendly young Englishspeaking desk clerk. He handed his passport to his Chinesespeaking colleague and began to issue me a receipt for my 300 rob deposit. His professional demeanour and knowledge of the English language assured me that my check-in experience would be easy. When a Chinese speaking clerk had trouble finding the expiry date of my passport, a patiently guided me to see where on my passport he needed to look. He felt relaxed and no longer had any reticence about my stay. I asked where I could find a nearby McDonald's, and I was told that there would be a slight smoke smell. I was then instructed to set the espresso maker, but as I was right, I was unable to open it to add more water. I went to the hotel for breakfast the night before, and there were many other guests eating their brunch. I asked about the longest that I would be able to get a taxi to the hotel. This is a small inconvenience in what was a pleasant stay. It was just that the small thing was

The hotel is ideally located. Excellent accommodations and excellent customer service. Breakfast is served on the with floor. We can find bread, cereal, and fruit, mostly for Chinese tastes. The vicinity of the shopping street is both good and bad. Excellent for shopping and dining, but you can hear noise from the streets on the with floor. The only drawback of this hotel is that this is the last time I visit it. I suggest that the hilton and sheratons remain and the two luxury hotels are probably 2 of the best choices. However, the Saw's location is much better for business travellers.

This hotel is relatively new and lovely. The rooms are beautiful and very clean. For a little more, there is a delicious breakfast buffet. The staff is also very helpful. I enjoyed my stay here. The room rate seems reasonable by us standards for this level hotel. It is definitely in the midst of the action in here. There is an upscale shopping mall next door and there are smaller shops to visit within minutes.

The hotel is strategically located right above the inner-city center, the busiest area of here. The hotel is directly connected to the ith level of the shopping center by keycardaccess elevator. The rooms were overwhelmingly nice, and they are probably the nicest I've encountered in China for the cost of the hotel. The staff can't speak English well, even though most of them have been excellent at helping and making great attempts. Room service is a reasonable option and quite affordable. The breakfast is Chinesestyle and includes a number of options that are above average. A really small room on an empty floor with several broken equipment and several pieces of occasionally functioning equipment is rather embarrassing.
