The hotel is conveniently located near pudong airport and Disneyland, providing easy access to transportation. Alisa at the front desk is amiable and responsive, and there is an event in the lobby where guests can participate in a lottery. The room is comfortable and has received fivestar reviews. I will definitely stay here again. Both chinese and western restaurants are delicious.

Pelayanan dari Jessie di front desk hotel sangat baik. Kamarnya sangat bersih dan rapi. Sikap pelayanan dari Selina di ruang tamu sangat baik. Lingkungan hotel sangat bagus dan fasilitasnya bagus. Kamarnya besar dan masa menginapnya sangat nyaman.

The hotel is in a great location, close to pudong airport, and Disney. It takes five minutes to walk to the metro station from the subway station. From the city center to this metro stop, there is no need to transfer! The front desk employee, neo, is also very kind and enthusiastic, with excellent recommendations for getting around the area! Additionally, the hotel has excellent cleanliness, making the stay quite pleasant. There is sytaying floortoceiling windows and i have en suite bathrooms with soaking bathtubs. You wont have to worry about eating because there are squares and shopping malls nearby! It was incredibly enjoyable. Next time, well return.
