Located in a prime area 34 blocks from the North High Speed Rail Station. I was using the Shenzhen metro within a block. I stayed for a week. The hotel is centrally located. There is a dining area close to the lobby for breakfast. The room was unique because there was no window, but it was a breeze to get dark and quiet.

It's a part of a large chain hotel in China, but its worth a membership for the future discount. I didn't know you can negotiate room rates at the counter. Not for a hotel. It has a big double bed but no facilities.

I stayed here while working in the area, the rooms are clean and well-sized, the beds are big and well-comfortable, the receptionist speaks reasonable English, and the restaurant is fairly good. I can't comment on the value as this was paid for and arranged by my work, so I can't compare. The room was a bit cold, but I understand this is normal for this time of year. I spent far too long in the luxurious shower to warm up to compensate..

In November 2016, I returned to stay at this hotel for two separate trips. The hotel has slowly fallen since that time. Since then, it is understandable that ongoing maintenance and improvement are required to maintain the property to a certain standard because this is a very busy hotel. The hotel has fallen in this instance. The housekeeping staff and receptionist personnel were both extremely courteous and polite. The housekeeping staff members have greatly improved over the years, as evidenced by my research. To cover up worn out carpets, area rugs in the hallways have been placed over the carpets in busy areas to conceal worn carpet. Smoking smoke scent in a nonsmoking room safes and nonfunctional rain water splashing onto the floor from a window casing I discovered that this motel has been renovated. On both occasions, my bed was very comfortable, and some of the furniture had been reupholstered. I wasn't unimpressed. This hotel has undergone some remodeling, but it was sometimes our desire for things to remain the same. Once more, the hotel staff was excellent and nice and made my most recent visits enjoyable.

The hotel is located in an area of tourist attractions but this is the perfect choice for me. The room was very comfortable and furnished with a king bed and clean with fresh towels. The staff was friendly and the staff can speak English. They also have many shops and restaurants nearby.
