This was probably the most modern hotel I have stayed in. At night, when you come back to the hotel, you will immediately be greeted with a disco party! The room is also very cool. Very satisfied with this stay.

I stayed here for a few nights and stayed in the comfortable suite because they upgraded it to a titanium member. Outside the room there are a balcony and chairs. I got a nice free mini bar where you can buy two bottles of wine and soft drinks. There is a closet with a safe and plenty of room for hanging. There is a separate shower and bath. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was very helpful. This hotel has an amazing large lake and a two-hour walk from the hotel. The fireworks on the bridge next to the hotel this year were fantastic.

I will definitely stay at I again when I visit xian the next time. It was one of the best hotels experiences I've ever had. Anyone I encountered at the hotel, including the concierge, receptionist, event team, housekeeping, customer relations, etc., went out of their way to give me a wonderful experience in xian. They were all very helpful in providing solutions and services during my stay. The room was fantastic, with a large balcony and lovely bathroom. Most importantly, a good night's sleep was provided. Even though there was a very loud Chinese wedding going on for two mornings in the room across mine, the staff was able to explain well, apologize, and promise not to organize another wedding group on my floor afterwards. The call I received the day before I left to check in and arrange transportation for me to the airport was the nicest part.

I heartily suggest I stay at Ixian!. Special thanks to Felicia and Phoebe for the welcoming welcome and pre-arrival arrangements. Jojo from the reception desk office provided exceptional service and made my stay more special. Besides that, I appreciate the outstanding service and care from Julibai and Jumpxie.

Overall, it is difficult to suggest it without caution, but if you're fine dealing with some confusing service and the relatively high price, I'm still a safe bet. The xian I does a good job. If you want to be outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown xian, the location is excellent, and the hotel is stylish and tidy. The amenities are first-rate. We visited the bar and dined at three restaurants. The hotpot restaurant was well worth a visit, and the yen chinese cuisine was excellent. Both in the evening and for breakfast, we were less impressed with the buffet, but the freshly cooked cuisine was decent, while it was a quiet week and some of the precooked food sat around too long. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful, in fact, many of them went out of their way to assist us. Unfortunately, the service levels outside the restaurants were less satisfactory, we had to chase several times to get additional pillows, the air conditioning, and the lights in our room repaired. We never managed to get anyone out of our room at check-out. The failed automatic checkout from the Marriott app, which resulted in hotel employees chase us out of the hotel as we had not paid our bill, was the most annoying.
