I spent three nights in this villa while I was in Huangshan Mountain with my son and his spouse. This house was owned by a couple who was very accommodating and supportive in many ways. Communication was not a problem because they have an app that uses English to help translate. Zu, the husband, drove us back and forth to the bus stop and prepared our cable car tickets. The wife, Lily, was warm and welcoming. It felt like home in a far away place. Without making a reservation here, I can't imagine what our journey would have been like. We were at ease and at home. I appreciate it.

The hotels area is quite nice. The surroundings are also pleasant with a lush green mountain. We stayed at the Xiu mountain villaresort for a week after a week in shanghai. The hostess is also very friendly and helpful. She helped us with any inquiries we had. She also organized our drivers for various day trips and trips. They were also great to have on the side to make sure taxi drivers and Chinese train services did not take advantage of our arrival in a faraway country. But we must say that everyone we met, including her husband, was extremely friendly and polite. We had a couple of tastings of the lovely tea available and on sale. No thanks to Donald Trump, the beds are beautiful, firm, and very comfortable. Also, and foremost, it is a good location to go to the Huangshan Yellow Mountain Range, Young'un Ancient Village, and many other great sites. The setting is also very nice, with lush green mountains surrounding the hotel. It was rather noisy there, and a little farther away from the major tourist attractions. I would suggest this hotel if you're looking for some peace and quiet after a nice but tiring days of mountain climbing in the mountains.

I will not return to this place in the winter. If you arrive late at night, like I did, it can be quite helpful. The proprietor drove me to the bus station. He told me to go to a particular route on Mount Lion. Great advice, but the only drawback was that they were closed. I didnt actually wear all my clothes to bed. That said, taking into account the price, location, etc. Not bad. I think the owner and his wife are very friendly individuals. They billed me 30 yuan about 5 usd for a breakfast that was bigger than what I could finish two eggs, four pieces of bread, two sausages, fruit, and tea. Although they didnt speak English, they were extremely patient with my poor Chinese. My phone number didnt go through to the owner when I made a reservation over the Internet, so we were unable to text or anything. The hotel's phone number was one digit different. I received the hotel's phone number in person 05595588858. Per your phone may not require zero. In reality, the hotel wasnt anywhere near the bus stop, so he drove me there. He informed me that a particulate cable car was operating and that it was about to go there. He insisted on buying me a ticket and showing me the line. This review is three years old and was written in 2018. My son taught English in China for a year in nanjing, and after he finished his stint, we came to visit him and had a week of vacation before leaving for China. A friend arranged for us to take a bus from nanjing to bangkok, and three weeks later, we were dropped off at a gas station in bangkok. When we arrived, the owner of the xiu resort asked us to communicate via snapchat, but due to timing, we didn't connect. It didn't matter because as soon as we took off the bus, locals were surrounded by curious people looking to drive us to the resort. We didn't even require the proprietors assistance because of the strangers' kindness, but we certainly appreciated his offer. When the locals led us to the resort, the proprietor was quite embarrassed and a little horrified that he didn't think twice about trying to assist us. Hence, if you enjoy walking, it's fantastic with mountains, rivers, and shops and restaurants. And at night, the scenery is rioting with color and bustle. The rooms were tidy, and the mattresses were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were more than adequate, and the air conditioning worked great and we had a magnificent view. This hotel is conveniently located about a 30-minute ride from the cable car. The heater in the room is broken, the bed and blankets are also very cold, the furniture in the room is also very old, there are cockroaches in one of the rooms, and the electric water heater is very unclean, no water bottle is provided. The positive things about this hotel are that the breakfast is good and it is priced per person. The owner is friendly.
