We will come back again. I visited Columbia for the first time in January and my English is utterly limited, and this was his first visit there. And then, augustine at the front desk made sure that we had everything we needed, despite the language barriers. After that, we tried another room, and we liked it even more than the first. Subsequently, this place is so unique in its own right.

The positive aspects are that the rooms are clean, and that the staff is friendly despite being close to a road and somewhat peaceful at night. The downside is that some rooms are tiny at 9 I 10, but keep in mind that it is affordable, and that the hot water tends to run out in the morning. Breakfast is a little boring and inconsistent because you have to continually ask for butter, jam, or milk for coffee. A few employees at breakfast were a little uneasy when they did not order a daily special. Coffee is not that good, it is not fresh, but it is served in a vacuum container. A waiter inventoried snacks and a minifridge at check 130 in the morning! At midnight, the check-in area makes a little commotion in the front rooms and the fruit wasn't much. Wireless was the main flavor. I was able to access a backup system. Many rooms lack full windows. A suggestion for hotel management 1. In the rooms, place a tiny mirror for ladies to use to put makeup while the spouse uses the shower. Remove the rug in front of the bed. Rugs are filthy, people walk on rugs with shoes after walking and stepping on various things. 3. Add a door between the foyer and rooms to block noise from the reception area.

I have stayed in several hotels here and have been able to reenergize my batteries. The people and service here are very genuine. So far, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed in my life.

Our hotel is 118111117. It's not centrally located in El Poblano, but it's about a 10-minute cab ride by cab to Parquet Clears neighborhood. 5-minute walk to a lovely mall and supermarket. Cabs had trouble finding it, but it was no problem with uber. Check in was very slow and tedious. nice guy, but very slow. The rooms were clean and cute. Two twin beds and a room with two twin beds are both spacious. We had both. Breakfast was decent and comfortable with excellent service from the servers. The lounge area is relaxing. The spa and sauna were down. There are two huge issues with this! First, 40 u. I. was stolen from a hidden envelope from my friend's luggage. Guess they didn't find mine? He should have used the safe in the room. He just noticed it because it was an envelope specifically for a hired driver we were using and had a certain amount in it. My other friend used her credit card at checkin for her room and discovered numerous charges on her card from the day after checking medallion the next morning. She had not used the credit card at all during the journey until checkin and then she personally used it 2 days later on 1110. We were actually in the hotel at the time of the charges. Last night, my 17-year-old daughter and I stayed there for only one night. The lady who checked us in and showed us around was very nice and friendly. The room was excellent. The location is ideal if you want to be a few streets away from the noisy and traffic of Poblano. I thought it was just right to relax. It was a wonderful bargain. Don't be fooled by the low price, there is nothing wrong with this place! If I had paid US$ 100, I would have given it four stars. But by default it gets less than five stars for the price we paid.
