The breakfast is always consistent and plentiful. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily and the ac is great. Perfect location for exploring Getsemaní.

Funcionários extremamente educados e prestativos, uma equipe muito solícita. O chuveiro possui água morna e que demora alguns minutos para esquentar, porém nada que impacte para tomar banho. Café da manhã simples, mas de muita qualidade. Hotel muito bem localizado, tem tudo próximo. Se retornarmos para Cartagena um dia, provavelmente iremos retornar para esse hotel.

O hotel é ótimo, super bonito, super bem localizado, fica em Getsêmani que é um bairro excelente, lindo, seguro e com muita vida noturna. Os funcionários são prestativos e educados, tudo muito limpo, as camas são excelentes, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado gelando bastante, oferecem shampoo, condicionador, sabonete, creme para mãos. O café da manhã é saboroso! Adoramos e super recomendamos! Fomos com crianças e aproveitamos a piscina! Único ponto que deve ser melhorado é a internet que é muito fraca e praticamente não funciona, principalmente no quarto.

The staff was extremely nice, patient and helpful. The room was nice. It was cleaned everyday. Breakfast was included and was very complete. Loved it. We went up on the terrace several times (furniture needs pillows) and used the small, yet sufficient pool. The hotel is very conveniently located. A busy street does run in front of it, so if you’re sensitive to noise, it may bother you, but it did not bother us. We slept really well in our king size bed.

The hotel is located near all historic sites. The hotel was clean, well maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was professional and helpful. The room has an excellent AC. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cartagena. The hotel has a small pool on the rooftop which is clean.

A experiência no Hotel Getsemani Luxury foi perfeita ! Desde o atendimento da recepção, com a Luz e o rapaz que fica na noite, até as acomodações do quarto. Cama confortável, ar-condicionado funcionando, limpeza regular do quarto, água quente no chuveiro, café da manhã impecável 😍 O hotel fica bem localizado e fizemos tudo a pé nos arredores de Getsemani. Ah, tem secador de cabelo no quarto (adorei).
