A nice place in Villa Del Leva. Monica is a good cocker, the possibility to organize horseback riding. Take care I cannot pay with my visa. The machine was broken and rejected the operation every time. There was no problem with my visa in other points where I had to pay in cash.

Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I wouldn't go back. It's a lovely spot in nature with a garden that can be reached in 15 minutes by short hike. Every time you return from the city center, it takes about a minute up the hill. The kitchen and refrigerator seem to have never been cleaned, and the rooms do not match the images. On top of that, they try to charge you for nearly everything that is normally included in a hostel, as displayed in the most confusing bill ever. This is a common tactic in Colombia, and I've noticed that it makes the bill so confusing that visitors give up trying to understand them and just pay.

What a wonderful location the cabin was a slice of heaven, with an open fireplace for the cold nights and an extra attic room with beautiful views. We continued to extend our stay and were very sad to say goodbye.

The peaceful and natural environment here make this place very pleasant to stay in. They always check everything, and they have very good customer service.

The staff is helpful, but he doesn't apologize for the inconvenience. The food was great. This place is close to the transport station. The location is also just 10 minutes walk from downtown.

The property manager contacted my through WhatsApp to cancel my reservation through Expedia because they had already booked it. And now Expedia doesn’t want to reimburse my payment. Expedia have no agents who can speak Spanish and understand that the hotel is granting me the reimbursement. It’s a lot to think about using Expedia again.
