This hotel was everything we were looking for in Santa Marta. The beds were so comfortable, the wifi was strong and the hotel overall was clean and welcoming. The staff were warm and very accommodating. They made my friend chicken soup when she was sick and held our bags for three days while we went to Tyrone and were just sweet and responsive in general. They have a beautiful terrace over looking Santa Marta which we would have used more but there was no wifi. The only suggestion for the hotel is to extend the wifi to the terrace. Its a good location if you want to be in a less touristy part of town. That being said, the town center is only a five-minute walk away.

Everything was fine. However, be sure to get a window-free room. Most rooms lack windows. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Very affordable lodging. close to the port.

This is a very pleasant hotelier clean and in good condition, comfortable almost luxurious bed, ac cooling, spacious bathroom, good lighting, good number and location of electrical outlets, and adequate wifi 44. 8 maps download and a tremendous 12 maps uploadgood enough for watching a netflix film with just an occasional flutter or pause and making wifi calls. Most staff are enthusiastic, some speak English better than elsewhere in Colombia, etc. I want to strongly recommend the effort made by two young men to help me. I needed a haircut, and one of them directed me in the right direction and told me the approximate cost so I would know if I was being charged too much. There are so many business in colombia that do not post pricing, especially in tourist areas. The other young man, after I ran into issues when trying to make the call to book a flight on the shuttle van to Momo, mad the hotel phone for me. He had to dial the number several times because it was busy. But he eventually got through, and he gave the woman the information after she indicated she did not speak English. The hotel should clarify this charge and get it listed on websites that reserve rooms. My reserved room was a premium room. It was nice, but it was small enough that it was a room without a window. The rooms are nice if you have windows, but the atmosphere is very noisy. We could hear everything that was happening on the street as well as the rooms next door. The hotel was not really good, but the breakfast was not special. We have used cheaper and better places in Santa Marta before.

Super friendly staff, service was great. Breakfast was good. Hotel is nice, but mattress was not comfortable. Seriously, I felt like sleeping on a rock. My room did not have a window and was small. For some reason, the bathroom always smell bad. Avoid room 308, there no WI-FI in the room. In addition, there is no elevator and rooms are located on the second and third floor. Breakfast is served on the fourth floor.
