Our reservation confirmation stated that we had a private balcony included with our room which was not the case; however, the pool and rooftop areas were quaint and relaxing. We had to wait a while to check in and to have the safe fixed, but it wasn't a big deal and the service otherwise was outstanding. Noise travels easily, but par for the course with the area. I'd recommend this hotel, it's adorable! The location was excellent (close enough to everything yet out of the super crazy busy spots), the rooms were nice and clean, and breakfast was delicious. We would stay again!

It’s was definetely a unique experience staff is amaizing and everything within the old city of Cartagena is very close no need to rent a car or take a cab. I definitely recommend it and will stay at casa San Miguel for my next visit to Cartagena

Our room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and hospitable. My only complaint is that the hotel lacks a front desk staff. We checked in with the housekeeper because there was no one working the front desk. The hotel has no staff available until late in the evening. It is helpful to have a front desk staff 24 hours to accommodate all the guests. Several times we were going out and found people outside waiting for someone to open the door. This is not good business practice.

La ubicación es inmejorable, Justo en el centro del barrio de Getsemani. También su personal fue muy amable y servicial. Algo en lo que les hace falta mejorar es la limpieza de la habitaciónes, cuando llegamos había basura en uno de lo cajones y jabón abierto en la regadera.
