We felt like family at this hotel, thank you Carlos and Monica for making everything possible. The facilities are good and very central. But the great thing about this hotel is the caring and family treatment that the owners give to each and every guest.

We booked a long stay and said we were looking for a home. We asked if we could check out early without a penalty if we found a house, he said it would be no problem, the first apartment was nice and had a bed that was painful for us back, we told the staff and they were unable to help. We bought a bed pad to help. The internet never worked. It is important to most people. We complained daily for weeks. No help. They said there was no problem. Finally we said we would move out the next day due to the internet problem and also the door to the bedroom doorknob came off in our hands every day it was not fixed and I had to use a towel to open. The shower took over five minutes to heat up and trickle down they offered us finally only after we said we would move out to a new apartment. The second apartment was better. We finally had internet. The bathroom sink couldn't produce warm water. Same problem with the door knob We stayed 23 of the 36 nights they promised to return. They wrote the numbers on a paper on their letterhead which I will try and attach if I can conceal my name but the husband said she couldn't pay in cash he cant do so. I asked to wire money to usd but they said no and then refuse to pay for the 20! Percent penalty I was

I will definitely return. We arrived late at night using an RPS app. They gave us a warm tea drink! Great location and easy access to large shopping mall. Cheap and affordable!.

I highly recommend this place. The location is in a quiet area. The building is beautiful, the bedrooms and the rest are clean and neat. This hotel is nice to stay at. Breakfast is excellent and attention is excellent. If you are going to Chia and your budget can afford it, this is a good choice.

I highly recommend this hotel. My month's stay at the Hotel Campestre Villa Julian was made very pleasant by Juan Carlos and his incredibly attentive staff. They go above and above to make you feel at home.
