I got the very clean room, a new bed, and a very clean interior. In terms of price it's great value. It comes with a continental breakfast. The manager of Portobahia was very friendly and helpful. Very strategic and close to the beach. Rodadero is a clean, peaceful beach town that is located between Santa Maria and the airport. Public buses to Santa Maria or the airport are frequent, simple, and cheap. Lots of restaurants serving mainly domestic visitors and clean beaches in Rodadero.

Although we don't speak the same language, the refurbished rooms are great, the showers are powerful, and the location is excellent. All the staff makes an effort to provide a varied breakfast, although this can be improved. The breakfast's hot water isn't double-glazed, making for a lot of outside noise. The bar is currently not available due to construction work.

The best part was that the staff was friendly, the air conditioning was clean and the food was delicious and they were so clean with their preparation. The negative part was that the shower wasn't cold and that the hotel was overcrowded with families and large groups.
