We have wonderful experience staying here. The hotel is in a charming colonial house, the staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent. And then the room was really comfortable and the breakfast was so good. After that, the pool was great.

The personnel are friendly, kind, and really caring. And then, the old colonial house's very good cleanliness, comfortable, well-maintained simplicity, and clean architecture add to the wonderful sense of calmness that can be felt throughout the whole town. Following that, the rooms themselves have freshness, which is a big yes! In our home, Momo, the midday heat can make us feel very hot. Aside from the library space, which is air-conditioned, and the swimming pool in the back, we particularly liked the air-conditioned library area.

I stayed at the Hotel san rafael with my sister for a long weekend. Not only did we fall in love with momo, but the architecture, river, and people, but we also enjoyed spending some time in the hotel itself because the rooms are spacious, the beds and sheets are extremely comfortable, and of course, lounging by the pool is the ideal way to spend a hot afternoon! The attention is excellent. Everyone is helpful and they gave us a fantastic walking tour guide, he brought momo to life and a wonderful river boat trip. The attention was so special that the staff even helped decorate the dining area and surprise my sister with a birthday breakfast. We were treated like princesses and I know that without their suggestions and assistance in the guides, restaurants, and boat tours, we wouldn't have been able to experience momo the way we did. We left without intending to, only because we needed it, and we'll be back! Thank you to the entire hotel san rafael staff. Your amazing birthday weekend for my sisters, and our entire experience in Momo, in awe-inspiring, soothing, and energizing, were unforgettable..

First of all, the hotel's materials show a really excellent job. The ancient with the century's? House has been in a truly love-filled endeavor. The garden, library, and lounge at the front of the property overlooking the river are all pleasant aspects. This property, in my opinion, deserves the award for the best and cleanest bathroom in Colombia. Better than the four seasons in Bogota! The human details here were absent. After a very lengthy journey, check-in was unavailable. It was odd and uphill. I felt like I was interrupting someone's quiet evening of someone who didn't want to work in hospitality. To get the basics fixed, it required several stairs. The aircon and fan were both put in. The room was not habitable at the temperature it was handed over. It took about an hour to cool. If they didn't want the air conditioner on, maybe the hotel could offer a free drink in the garden as a friendly gesture in the garden. Authenticating that this was the first hotel on a lengthy road trip without free bottled water was a real lack for this type of hotel. There is a pool without any shade. It boils in the sun, so it is hard to find. Another attempt was obtaining a map and finding a few restaurants. Maybe the room has some information if the front desk is in action. When
