We were pleasantly surprised by breakfast as it included eggs and sausage. Also had bread, croissant, yogurt, pineapple the service was exceptional. The rooms were comfy, and they supplied extra sweaters and jackets due to the cold if needed we had a wonderful time and would return.

Yahaira and Juan were very friendly when we arrived. We felt home immediately. Our cabana was beautifull with a very nice view of Cartago and San Jose.

O lugar em que está a propriedade é lindíssimo, o quarto é amplo e confortável, com aquecimento (leve casacos fortes para a região!) e roupas extras para suportar o frio. O café da manhã poderia ser mais típico, mas é razoável. Apenas minha amiga vegana não teve muitas opções, uma pena.

Very helpful staff. Beautiful cabanas with a killer view. The bed was a little hard and lacked a bottom sheet (just a mattress cover on the bed) and the cabanas got cold at night. The staff provided extra blankets and space heaters which really helped. They even have warm sweaters, extra jackets and warm robes available in the cabanas. At night they light a fire outside in the common area. Breakfast was simple but tasty. We enjoyed our stay.

One of a kind view, with nice and cozy wooden cabins.. Big and clean, with comfortable beds, and enough blankets! The one thing that we did not like so much was the breakfast, we've had much better throughout our stay in CR. Also the use of disposable plates, cutlery and coffee cups isn't really up to date anymore. The employees were very nice and sweet!

Het ligt werkelijk schitterend en hierdoor ook een geweldig uitzicht. Het personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels. Gezien de grote van de guisjes zou men deze moeten voorzien van een keukentje aangezien er nauwelijks gelegenheden zijn waar je in de avond kunt eten.

Fantastic location with incredible views. Cabinas are large and comfortable. The nights are cold so plan accordingly! But they do supply warm sweatshirts, jackets, and extra blankets. Breakfast was simple but good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The proximity to Irazu Volcano cannot be beat!

Très cosy, bel emplacement, qualité générale apparente. Toutefois, lorsque la température extérieure tombe à 10 degrés, il est dommage que le manque d'isolation et de chauffage provoque un refroidissement énorme dans le logement : il faisait environ 14 degrés dans le chalet au réveil
