I was really pleased to come here. This place was very comfortable and inexpensive. I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this place. The service provided was also good. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and attentive. The rooms were lovely and extremely tidy. We had an incredible experience when checking out because it was simple and fast. I'm very satisfied and grateful.

We just spent one night at Holiday Inn Express and it was great. Nice large room with a very comfortable bed. A nice breakfast with yogurt, fresh fruit, and hot food. There is a supermarket in front of the hotel and several restaurants. Nice location.

Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The place is close to pricesmart and the multiplaza escape large and comprehensive mall and a short walk to Coma Hospital District. The front desk staff is friendly but waits at the restaurant are excessive. I had a good experience at the hotel and I won't hesitate to return.

I used to book this hotel for my final night in Costa Rich because it was close to the airport. The four-star mystery hotel through the pipeline was booked so I didn't choose it directly, but it's a big chain so I didn't mind and didn't bother to read the reviews ahead of time. Show up and the hotel is closed! A security guard was working to guard the abandoned structure and said it was closed for renovation but there was no sign of any renovations and after looking around it seemed others were told it was couid related dating back to July. It's bizarre and shady how this hotel accepts reservations after it's been closed for three months. Pipeline was fantastic at refunding us but this hotel shouldn't be listed anywhere and yet it accepts reservations on multiple websites! Not a nice surprise in the pouring rain late at night on our last night in Costa Rich.
