10/10 Super Bueno: La ubicación es genial, si esta despejado el dia podrás observar el volcan super cerca, destaca la cercania de los principales parques extremos del arenal, puedes incluso ir caminando a ellos. El hotel es pequeño, la habitación en lo personal fue pequeña, pero suficiente para pasar la noche, lo que le da el plus son las piscinas termales demasiado limpias justo a unos pasos de tu habitación, la atención del personal destaca y el restaurante rain forest muy recomendable, sirven desayunos deliciosos .

I enjoyed my stay, and that is actually a lot to say, about a hotel. Not any one particular thing, although the staff were excellent, both in their jobs and their attitudes. They even dealt with LaFortuna's Christmas crush with equilibrium. Returning is definitely on my agenda, although maybe not at Christmas next time.

las piscinas muy bonitas, no estaban atestadas de gente asi que podian disfrutarse bien, el agua a buena temperatura (desde tibia a caliente). Las habitaciones tenian olor a humedad, y eso hacia muy incomoda la estadia. Las camas regular. Sabanas, toallas muy limpias y disponibles para hacer recambios, personal muy agradable.

It was a mistake booking here. It's basically a cheap motel with hot springs that aren't hot. Thin walls and lots of noise. I was lucky to get a parking spot, but I arrived early. I hardly slept. There are lots of hot springs hotels nearby.
