The rooms for this small boutique hotel are above the Boguura Hotel in the split wall. There is a side entrance just to the left of the restaurant entrance in the alley lick to access the hotel. The room is on the first floor up three flights of stairs. Don't worry about carrying your bags, as they are brought up in a lift that the restaurant also uses. The rooms have all been recently renovated and are really good. We had a room with a view of the narrow street with no view to speak of. The room was large, with high ceilings, a queen bed, a wardrobe, wall mounted, a nice chair in the corner, a minibar, air conditioning, and wifi. The aircorn and wifi worked perfectly. The aircorn was quiet enough so that you could leave it on overnight and could hardly hear it. Nice large bathroom with large basin, ample room to spread toiletries, a large walk in shower, and a heated towel rail. The hotel has an excellent location among it all in the city. The main promenade, markets, cathedral, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel is in a prime area of the city, so there is no parking. A commercial 24-hour opener is available which is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Our cost included breakfast, which is served downstairs at bokura restaurant. Breakfast was available

Our best experience in Croatia! The rooms are in the heart of the ancient town, preventing you from having to carry your luggage in any direction. Marin picked us up as far away as we could by car and led my husband to a parking lot, while I was going to the location in 5 minutes and took a drink at the Bukura, which is in the same house. We had a large, contemporary, and clear room that could transport the restaurant's food elevator to the floor, which was really helpful for me when I was experiencing a problem. Breakfast was served in the Bukura, and you can choose whatever you want from the breakfast menu. Our host, marin, was frequently around and left his mobile number for emergencies.

The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable and central to the old town of Split. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant breakfast was excellent. The downside, as has been mentioned, is the noise from outside. Although the windows are double glazed and the air conditioning is very effective, there is still background noise from the street and restaurant which one can put up with and sleep through, but even with the windows closed we had interrupted sleep from very noisy and raucous late night revelers passing by in the street below until am.

The rooms are very beautiful and clean. Its quiet, air-conditioned and in a really central location in a lovely area of split. Also, having the fantastic restaurant downstairs worked out amazingly as breakfast was delicious! I can't express how helpful Marina was while we were there. He helped organize airport transfers and was there to meet us at the door even though we arrived really late. Also he gave great suggestions and activities to do. I highly recommend it.
