1. CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS1.1. Before check-in, all guests must provide a valid ID (photo or scan), as we are legally required to register your stay.1.2. The tourist tax must be paid immediately after reservation via the provided payment link (credit card only).1.3. Without completed identification and paid tourist tax, access to the apartment is not permitted.1.4. In certain cases, this fee may be allocated as a property use tax related to accommodation usage.2. GENERAL RULES2.1. A security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance and is used solely to verify the number of persons entering the apartment.2.2. The apartment may only be used by registered guests.2.3. For stays longer than 10 days, mandatory cleaning is required every 7 days. The cleaning fee included in the reservation covers only the initial cleaning before check-in. All mandatory cleanings during the stay are additionally charged, equal to the standard cleaning fee, and must be paid by credit card before check-in.2.4. Any violation of the house rules may result in a €200 penalty per violation, may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, and any damages or additional costs will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation.2.5. Keys must be returned to their original location.2.6. Guests must allow access to the apartment when necessary (maintenance, inspections, emergencies).3. CHECK-IN OPTIONS3.1.
