This was the worst experience of my life. The complex is not very clean, but it's new built in 2019 and has a great potential in top mag location. There is a significant staff shortage in the complex. There is not enough maid so the rooms are not ready on check-in and not very clean along with the whole complex, there are no waiters so no plates, glasses and breakfast service is very slow, even though the staff is very friendly and trying to help. They said that management wouldn't send extra workers on time and they ran into trouble on such rush weekends. We got a completely different room that we booked. When we booked that room, it was for 4 people, and we got 22 without any notice. There wasn't a sea view as stated in our booking coupon nor the jacuzzi that was shown in pictures as the room was described as secluded. Pictures in our booking coupon were for a presidential suite and we were given a standard room. That booking was somewhat fraudulent, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The accommodations are nicely furnished with stunning, fresh furnishings. The harbor and the mag old town of Mag were both visible from our room. Despite being close to the water, the location is adequate. It is a long walk to any of the town's restaurants or beaches. Although the wifi is fine, it is not excellent. It only works in the room itself, not in the common areas. There are no kid-friendly areas in the pool, like shallow ends or splash areas, which is rather modest. Sadly, we began our trip badly, having to wait until two and five hours after our agreed checking time before our room was cleaned and ready to go in. They claimed they did not have enough cleaners. The hotel, in my opinion, does not take this matter seriously, so I'm aware that other reviewers have already noted this in 2019. The clean-up was not always sufficient, although the kitchen had some nice and contemporary furnishings. There were several necessities that are essential for proper use of the kitchen, such as dishwashing liquid, a oven, but no oven mitts to remove hot items. There was nothing to clean the surfaces, etc. The main living room is a sizable and cozy, but the bedroom is small and roomy. There were no suitcases in the bedroom. Water was spilled all over the place again, nothing to flush it out with, and the fridge was switched off. My

I have a wonderful experience in this hotel. The rooms are large and the hotel is close to the city center. You can swim in the hotel pool and it's situated in the nearby beach in the summer. I highly recommend this place. The staff is very nice and the food is very tasty.
