First, let's start with the positives, which are just a few. The room is pretty lovely. To enjoy a lovely view out of your window, you do not even need a beachfront room. Even side rooms offer panoramic views of the sloping hillside and, of course, the lovely sea. It's also good that the balconies are separated from each other so you don't really interact with the neighbors and there is a sun blind to cover the sun from the room. Inside the room, theres probably just enough space, albeit it could be slightly bigger. Transformer bed is awesome, however, with extended parts ideal for small children. The restaurant's food selection was at least adequate for brunch and dinner, including some local dishes. But there are a few significant complaints about the service you should consider them as negatives below parking clearly too small for the amount of visitors coming by cars. All of that comes down to the restaurant's large line that winds down the staircase. People start line up as early as 630 when dinner begins, and the queue remains there the entire time. Furthermore, there are no separation or section divisions on the buffet, so you don't really know where to get your food, which is a nightmare for us. There are only 2 functioning elevators for a tall structure with many visitors, causing chaos during peak hours. The swimming pool is very small,

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly, however the receptionist staff was quite friendly and courteous and provided excellent information on the area. The room was clean, as we had anticipated. Dinner started at 6:00 last year and was changed to 10:00 now. The beach was cloudier than it was in 2021 probably because of the pandemic. Strand mattresses cost $150. 3 pools were planned for the hotel's property.

The service is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. They clean the room daily and also change the towels. There is lots of open space and the beach is amazing. The rooms are clean, the service is very good and the staff is very helpful.

After a Monday and Sunday break, we just got back home from a weekend trip at this hotel. The rooms were tidy, new, and comfortable, and you had to be quick to catch the shower, but that's the only disadvantage of the accommodations. We slept in block 7.1, annexe. Because there are many steep slopes and stairs, this vacation is not appropriate for the elderly or disabled. There was a wide selection of delicious meals. But be advised that if you eat outside, seagulls might help themselves, and there wasn't much advice for people with food intolerances and allergies. We would return to this motel, and I just wanted to leave a good review since I was concerned after reading the reviews about the hotel a week before we left. But that doesn't have to be.
