HOUSE RULES
O'live Residence has been developed with the notion of the importance in 'enjoying in life'. As such, every detail of O'live Residence has been carefully thought through to ensure you enjoy your stay. We call this, 'where the living is easy'.
However, we do ask of you to obey some rules:
1. Front door is locked between 9pm and 8am on all days. Please ensure you take you keys with you if you plan to return to your apartment during these hours.
2. Non registered guests are not permitted on the property (Guests who are no staying at O'live Residence).
3. Quiet time is from 12h – 4pm & 11pm to 8am. As a courtesy to other guests, please keep the noise levels to an acceptable level.
4. No loud noise, music or parties.
5. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms.
6. Strictly no smoking within the apartments and around the pool area.
7. Please obey pool rules. Pool rules can be found in pool area.
8. Check out time is at 10am. Please check out on time.
9. Lost keys will need to be replaced. There will be a charge for this
10. Please report all damages. Cost of damages will be covered by guest
