Very convenient place to stay. Room was comfortable. It's a family home and owners are relaxed and helpful. Expedia listed laundry facilities on site however that wasn't the case. We used the nicest public laundry just a short walk from Villa Dard. We didn't need our car so it was parked onsite for 3 days.

Property owners/managers were very helpful with suggestions and were flexible. Property has parking on site if requested and that’s critical in the busy area. 10 min walk from old town though it’s a bit steep so those with mobility limitations may find it challenging. We didn’t

We have just come home after a fabulous holiday in Dubrovnik at Villa Dard. Andrea was such a great host, going the extra mile to make sure our stay was wonderful. Would also recommend having the breakfast, a good start to the day. Villa Dard is a small family run hotel, close to the old city. We felt at home immediatley and stayed in one of the flats on the 3rd floor. The flat had a balcony where you could sit down and relax and look at the beautiful sea. We would definitely recommend staying here if you go to beautiful Dubrovnik.

Nice apartment for our family, we could park at hotel which was great for Dubrovnik. About 15 min walk to the wall and we used Uber back as lots of steps. Family run and lady who checked us in very helpful.

The hotel itself was clean and pleasant, though we only saw staff during check-in, so it felt quite self-service. Overall, a decent and quiet base for exploring Dubrovnik.

The villa is a nice, family run operation, a 10 minutes walk (maybe 15 back up the hill) from the Pile Gate entrance into the old city. Our room came complete with a living room area and balcony, in addition to the expected bedroom and bathroom, and was comfortable and well kept. The warm, helpful welcome was an added bonus. And, by Dubrovnik standards, our stay was very good value.

Nunca contestaron el mensaje de la hora de mi llegada y al llegar no había nadie. La app hoteles pudo contactarme con el personal. La limpieza era buena pero el olor del baño era malo y los minisplits nunca funcionaron. Está bien ubicado, cumple su función. Pero no cumple con lo que dice ofrecer.

Read the fine print when you book as it says one has to give advance notice if want to use free parking. They still accommodated us. The pictures have since changed to show the correct inside as when we booked and what we got, was different. Also be aware there are no elevators. We had to carry the luggage to 3rd floor. Lastly, lot of kids running around late at night and early in the morning. Maybe just our floor as it appears there is a family ( maybe caretaker or owners ) with little kids live there.

O local é complicado pra quem está a pé, muitas escadas para poder chegar na cidade velha. Em volta não tem opções de mercado ou restaurantes. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho mas não tinha um frigobar e como não tinha opções para comer no entorno ficava complicado de manhã para o café.
