Great location, beautiful view, very charming space and impeccably clean! We would totally recommend booking this apartment. Walking distance to Old Town, Mala Strana and all the sights. We arrived early so asked about early check in which wasn’t available. Totally understand that. They said my key code would be available in app so kept refreshing it with no luck. Finally called again after 3:20 and they said “oh, you are missing one traveller’s details on your reservation”. I said it only let me enter 2 of the 3 so assumed that would suffice. He replied, “no my colleague edited it last evening so you could add third traveller”. No message was sent via Expedia or WhatsApp and when I kept refreshing app, never prompted that something was missing, nor when I called that morning asking for early check in. So that, while a small thing, was an unnecessary bump and after an incredibly long and exhausting travel day, was frustrating. However once in and settled, we were very happy. Loved having dishwasher and clothes washer. Cleaner came in halfway through and did a fantastic job.

We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness as well as the wonderful location near the city center on the river. The property manager prefers to be contacted through what's app and when I figured that out, communication was immediate.

The room and the location were excellent, especially if you want to be near-ish to Old Town/Prague 1 but not in it. Close to the train station and multiple tram lines. We would have loved if there were laundry facilities on site, but not a big deal for a few days. The self-check in app was pretty easy to use, but if you struggle with technology or need to have a reception desk, this may not be the hotel for you. All in all, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay here again!

Easy! Spectacular location. Spectacular view. Spectacular accommodations. Spectacular kitchen. Spectacular water pressure in shower. Bed was quite comfortable. Some napkins or paper towels would have been nice. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this place, everything was very clean and welcoming. The location is great, you can get anywhere on foot, tram or train, close to most places, shops and restaurants. Amazing views of the River and very quiet environment. Easy to check in and check out. Host very responsive to any questions and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this property, great place to stay in Prague.

A sun-filled apartment with great views of the river and the old town on the opposite bank; great location, with easy walk to everything and yet not in a crowded central area. Our windows were toward the road with the tram, but the sound insulation is so good there is no road noise. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, stovetop and espresso maker. The bathroom has a real door and a fan. The dining table could be a bit bigger, and it would be useful to have more hooks for towels and jackets (there is a total of one hook in the bathtroon and one ikea coat stand, for 4 people in the apartment). No air conditioning (but we visited in cool season so it wasn't a problem). Communication with the reception is via direct email or text (to which they reply immediately); do not rely on messaging inside hotels.com. If we ever get to visit Prague again we'll choose this place again.

Vi hadde et veldig hyggelig opphold her! Rommet var både fint og rent, og det var tydelig at det ble godt vedlikeholdt. Vi satte spesielt pris på hvor rolig det var – perfekt for å slappe av og få en god natts søvn. Alt i alt en svært positiv opplevelse, og jeg vil gjerne anbefale dette overnattingsstedet til andre!

This property is excellent. Just next to a great coffee shop and an amazing restaurant on the corner of the block. As it on the main road overlooking the river, everything is within a walking distance. Absolutely an amazing location.

Great location(by the dancing house), beautiful view of the river and place was very clean. So much better than a hotel for a week. Communication with host was easy and with WhatsApp and requests were answered and responded to quickly. Only negative(still giving this 5 stars more of a suggestion) is that at one point a delivery driver was able to get into our apartment using a code from another unit. It was an accident but alarming. So not sure if the numbers to the unit are the same? Prague is a very safe city but should have a deadbolt or something on the door for extra protection. Another suggestion would be to have a few instructions for washer, coffee pot, etc. This was minor and we eventually figured it out. Water in shower is sometimes a problem being cold but we worked around it. All of these minor compared to the cost and value of what we got. Would definitely stay there again!!!
