Le personnel de la Treizième est serviable mais l’hôtel n’est pas compétitif: les anciens téléviseurs qui ne fonctionnent pas, l’électricité qui fonctionne avec l’eau est un casse tête. J’ai passé 10 jours à l’hôtel sans que la télévision ne soit allumée. Trop de moustiques et la logistique de l’hôtel ne prend aucune disposition. L’hôtel a installé au 4eme niveau un bar et une boîte de nuit qui explose la musique à volume très élevé sans tenir compte des clients logés dans les chambres. Pas d’électricité et l’eau à 80% de la journée. J’ai voyagé à 6h du matin sans me laver à cause de la coupure d’eau et électricité. L’hôtel vit au rythme des maisons ordinaires soumises au délestage. Bref, c’est le désordre, la jungle…

La premiere nuit était un cauchemard. J'ai ete envahi par les punaises de lit et les moustiques! Je voulais le remboursement de mon argent mais le manager m'a change la chambre. J'ai eu une tres mauvaise experience dans ce logement. Je n'y retournerai plus. Merci

The front desk Staff is very nice. However, the room was bad, and the cleaning team was terrible. I found insects, including a small lizard, on my bed, no toilet paper, no towel

Not a single person in the entire property speaks English. Do not be surprised if you're quoted a certain price for something and then end up being charged 3 times as much! Avoid if possible. This place is far away from all points of interest.
