Our experience at Casa El Paraíso in Las Galeras, Samaná was nothing short of spectacular. The house truly lives up to its name — it is a paradise in every sense of the word. The property is impeccably maintained, beautifully decorated, and offers everything you need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and designed to maximize the incredible ocean and mountain views. The outdoor areas are simply magical — perfect for relaxing, taking pictures, and fully disconnecting from stress. The location is ideal: private, tranquil, and surrounded by nature, yet still close to the beaches, attractions, and restaurants in Las Galeras. Waking up here feels like a dream, with the sound of birds, fresh air, and the most stunning sunrises. The hosts were outstanding — attentive, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their recommendations made our trip even more enjoyable, and we truly felt taken care of. If you’re looking for a place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the true beauty of Samaná, Casa El Paraíso is the perfect choice. We loved every moment of our stay and can’t wait to return. One of the highlights of my time at Casa El Paraiso was the outstanding food prepared by Chef Mirko. Every meal was an absolute delight, showcasing fresh, local ingredients and a blend of flavors that exceeded my expectations. It was clear that Mirko is not only an incredibly talented chef but also deeply passionate about creating memorable dining experiences. Each meal felt like a culinary journey, and I eagerly looked forward to every dish. The serene and welcoming atmosphere of Casa El Paraiso, combined with exceptional service, made my stay even more memorable. The place is truly very beautiful and aesthetic, it was a special stay and offers something you can’t everywhere, from the views to the nature component in the design . There were some things we did not like, however. The room we reserved was one with a jacuzzi, which did not become hot at any point and we had to chase the staff just to get it to barely “warm”. We were also told all the jacuzzis there don’t really get to hot temps. We also paid for a private dinner which was SUPER overpriced, the portion was generous and even so way out of proportion. Also, no variety in the breakfast items and no choices are given so that was somewhat disappointing. All in all, the place is an experience to have given the view, aesthetic and overall ambiance but wouldn’t book more than a night.
