Antes de seleccionar este hotel lei varias rese~as. Debo decir que no me equivoque al seleccionar quedarme aqui y experimentar mi primera visita a Rep. Dominicana en este Resort. La atencion de los empleados es excepcional. La comida es variada y si no desea comer en los buffet cuentan con restaurantes con menu a la carta, pero debe hacer su reservacion. La playas y facilidades estan en optimas condiciones. Todas las noches tienen un show, muy bueno y divertido. Este resort no cuenta con discotecas, algo en lo personal que me gusto, porque fui a descansar y pasarla bien con la familia. Algo que puede mejorar es que varios dias no contamos con agua caliente, el agua fria no la encontre tan mal, como se siente aqui en EU pero soportable igual que en PR. Tambien en el area de bar deberian contar con mas variedad de licores y variendad de tragos. Muy extrano que no contraran con licores reconocidos por el pais como el Brugal o el Leyenda. Otro punto es que al siguiente dia que llegamos nos invitaron a mostrarnos las facilidades, aceptamos con gusto pues nos indicaron que no tardaria mucho, pero no fue asi terminamos en una orientacion larguisima para ofrernos ser socios como un "Time Share" esto nos molesto o hasta nos incomodo porque el resort tiene mucho que ofrecer y el tiempo de la estadia, al menos el de nosotros era limitado. Por lo demas todo bien. Nos encanto! y de seguro volveremos ya que algunos empleados se convirtieron en familia de lo bien que nos trataron.

What I like? Place is beautiful outside the view is clean and beautiful. Inside door really nice .on the other side the food needs a little bit more improvement to my opinion Employee work very hard and very friendly and respectful staff. One more thing I didn’t like is that the maid lady was telling me that she was missing two hand little towels. And tell me? Who’s will paid so much money to go still two towels didn’t like that. But I will recommend this resort to friends and family.

Loved being surrounded by palm trees! And how convenient it was to walk to the beach. Also how family friendly the place is. We were a group of 7, which were: 2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 kid and 3 teenagers, there was enough diverse entertainment to keep this group happy.

Me and my family of four ages 7 and 11 just came back from staying at the two bedroom presidential suites we had a lovely time we enjoyed the accommodations sure there was a few updates that could be done here or there but nothing that turned me away I guess the only thing I could say negative was the second to last day one of the ceiling tiles must’ve gotten wet and ended up falling on our sink area and it didn’t get fixed when I called for maintenance the fact that we weren’t in the room that often from that time it didn’t bother me if that happened in the beginning of my trip I probably would’ve been a little bit more annoyed . Anyway the room was ridiculously spacious the staff was very accommodating booking the excursions through the hotel was easy and the prices were relatively the same through them or if you go through other companies . Yes the promotional tour that they try to get you is quite long but if you have any desire to become a member it’s worth watching because there are some pretty awesome villas that when the time comes I would consider buying in. The Wi-Fi is touch and go but I wasn’t too concerned it worked when I needed it to. If you want Daily water and beer refill you do need to call down the desk. We got a massage that was pleasant just don’t be a jerk and bring money to tip always leave money after meal. Tip when u get a drink And any service Of course by the time we left to go to the airport we were fresh out of tip money and I felt bad .

The staff was very friendly. They were very helpful with directing us to where we wanted to go including arranging transportation. The service was fast and friendly. Upon check-in, they gave us all the details about our stay, what time was checkout, and how long you are allowed on the property after checkout. They arranged out COVID test upon arriving and gave us all the documents we needed to bring with us and where to go. We were given a map of the property that had all the restaurants on it that included times and location.
