This is a family-friendly, beautiful property, with incredible views of both Cotopaxi and, on the opposite side, the sparkling lights of the cities. There is a pool, a hot tub, and a small playground. The food is fabulous.

We were taken care of by the staff at this hotel. They also serve delicious soups and very friendly and friendly staff. The room also has a chimney and good bathrooms. We can see the view of Kotopaxi and other mountains. The shower was very impressive with good water flow and the perfect temperature for the cold weather.

Juan Carlos oversees the team at Punga -- and all of them do a fabulous job in taking care of their guests - from the minute you arrive until you leave. We were a little concerned that it would be too "fancy" but it was extremely comfortable - with great service inside a great building with large windows providing views of the area. highly recommend this hotel - one of the best experiences we have had in our travels.

The hotel is a marvel and the Manage of Operations Juan Carlos Rios is tremendous--he is everywhere--greeting you upon arrival, getting the bellman to take luggage to the room, park the car, then in the restaurant and even assisting with travel directions for your onward journey. The rooms are large and very comfortable and have wonderful fireplaces that the staff will light for you. The views are magnificent and the restaurant is excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the hotel and staff. Don't worry about getting to the hotel--use a GPS and enter the coordinates and you will find it. It is off the beaten path which in todays world is a wonderful thing.

What a lovely hotel and wonderful people. We only spent one night, but wished it had been longer. The hotel's personnel made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond to make it perfect, and it was. The views from our room were breathtaking, and the food was delectable. The proprietor suggested a fantastic little hike, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and the manager helped plan a horse ride. We hope to return shortly. When the altitude is difficult enough, I personally want to feel at ease and taken care of. Great views from every window of the room, including the bathroom, a fireplace in the room to keep you as warm as possible. Wonderful staff, makes you feel welcome from the moment you enter. Excellent food and service. Would love to return. The location touched my heart.

Finding professionals who provide exceptional service is a pleasure. I recently had the opportunity to visit the hotel and had the best experience. We were welcomed with courteous service. We also ate at their restaurant, and the food was excellent and fresh. They turned the fire place in our room while we were eating, which was a great detail. We also reserved the amazing horseback riding tito y ride. Thank you for making our Cotopaxi a memorable one.
