We stayed here the night before our cruzeiro trip so that we could get an early start. On arrival, it was hard to feel confident in the area, but the building is new and the facilities are everything we need for our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, but more important, the staff were very helpful and helpful. They were eager to help with everything from our luggage to arranging a taxi to the station, about 200 m!, and making an effort to have dinner available for us. Although it was within walking distance, we were advised to take a taxi to the station, which we did for usd$ 2. Only one staff member seemed to speak English, and our Spanish is non-existent. But Google Translate helped, and the staff was eager to do their best for us. It's part of the fun.

To get a clear view of the city from our room, there is a large selection of dining options in the nearby area. With the staff's attention to detail, such as how the room was clean and comfortable, and how much they made an effort to have dinner prepared for us, you will get the best service we ever received from them.

In general, the hotel was good and at a reasonable price. When we arrived at around 12:30, the receptionist was incredible, very helpful, and very accommodating. He also helped us out very well. The rooms are very small and good for a few nights or overnights in general. Everything closing like the hotel was empty before we woke up in the morning, which was the impression I got that there was nobody for breakfast at the hotel. The receptionist's face was very unhappy in the morning and seemed uninterested in work. We asked him a few questions, and he responded to us as though he didn't care what we asked or paid more consideration in our inquiry.
