The location is in the old city, close to the opera and university too. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hostel is very clean and wifi is a plus.

I really appreciate the professionalism provided by lily hostel and coffee home liv teatralna. I want to suggest Lilly, she is very friendly and helpful person. Hopefully, I will come here for some vacation and relaxation.

I enjoyed my stay at the hostel in the old city. My room was okay, albeit a little small. The bathrooms are pleasant and clean. The communal area is nicely furnished. It's all average by European standards, but I think it's one of the nicer hostels in London. The employees there are undoubtedly fantastic, and the cleaning crew maintains the place spotless. The position is also impossible to beat. You are located halfway between the oldest part of the city and a hip area close by. It's a pretty social place, but not a party hostel, which I like. And, you are also a few blocks from the opera house. I will say I would have liked more lockers in a slightly larger size. Also, I wish they had lockers where I could keep my own padlocks. I don't trust hostels whose lockers have a guy they give me. But, I had a fantastic time. I would fully stay there once more and recommend it to anyone.

Despite the place being in a nice area, it seems that no one cleans the common areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and shower. The kitchen has three knives, but they are so obnoxious that they are difficult to slice them. There are no hooks near the washbasin, even though they are only in the hallway, which is not a convenient location.
