House Rules: . *Our buildings are equipped with 24-hour security cameras and on-site guards*

1. **Marriage Requirements**: (only for Arab and Egyptian couples )
- As per the law Egyptian couples and Arabs must provide a marriage certificate, mixed gender groups are strictly prohibited This rule is applied for cultural and legal reasons to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all guests.

2. **Visitors Policies**:
- ONLY registered guests are allowed inside the premises .
-- any extra unauthorized guests will be subjected to fines and an un refunded cancellation of the whole reservation please make sure to provide the number of guests and their identifications properly.
( our guests safety ,privacy and security is our highest priority) .

3. **Identification**:
- Guests must provide identification before check-in as per law. The host reserves the right to cancel reservations if identification is not provided.

4. **Check-In Requirements**:
- Passport copies must be sent before check-in.
- Guest will be asked to provide an insurance deposit 200 USD that will be held until checkout.

- please collect and throw the trash .
- please close all things and turn the lights off.
- please gather used towels.

6. **House keeping services **:
For safety measures and to maintain the quality cleaning products are not provided inside the premises ,If you wish to arrange a cleaning service during your stay, please make sure to request it at least one day in advance so we can schedule it accordingly.

--> Our Housekeeping Services include:

~ Deep Cleaning (includes changing sheets and towels, and general cleaning).
$30–$50 depending on the size of the apartment.

~ Basic Cleaning (includes general cleaning but no sheets/towel changes):
$10–$20 per request.

7. **Food Policy**:
- No food is allowed in the bedrooms.

8. **smoking**
- smoking is not allowed inside the apartment only in the balcony .

9. **Check-In/Out**:
- Late check-out incurs charges.
- Early check-in is subject to agreement and charges.

10. ** House Rules violations **
- any incidents will be reported to Airbnb and will lead to fines , account suspension and a non refundable termination of the stay please respect the rules to ensure a comfortable accommodation and a wonderful hospitality experience.
