Dejlig pool, super venlig personale og god morgenmad. Dog kunne receptionen dog godt være lidt bedre til at informere og hvad vi kunne gøre, da vi løbende fandt ud af der var ting vi kunne gøre/ havde ret til.

I have never stayed at a small Adults Only Hotel. WOW. So lovely. Just enough to do, but not the loud entertainment. Food was as expected, nice pasta station. I had a large room with a separate livingroom. Great views and lots of space. The pool was heated, but not too warm like bath water. I will definitely go back.

Great place to stay. Lots to do including a variety of water activities, sports and evening entertainment. Staff friendly, welcoming and helpful. Customer service attentive and efficient. Overall a really enjoyable experience. On a side note, the vast majority of guests are German, almost all of them.

Das Cleooatra Luxury Beach Resort macht seinem Namen grosse Ehre. Ein 5-Stern-Hotel für ägyptische Verhältnisse hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht. Das Personal und das Management liess keine Wünsche offen. Die Verpflegung war gut und abwechslungsreich. Das Resort ist im Aussenbereich sehr weitläufig und ladet zu schönen Spaziergängen ein. Poolbereich und Strand sind sehr sauber und gemütlich. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und überraschte uns mit Lotusblüten auf dem Bett. Wir empfehlen das Cleopatra vollumfänglich und werden sicher wieder gehen.

Die Zimmer sind groß, schön eingerichtet und und sehr sauber. Das Personahl ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist lecker und vielfältig (im Hauptrestaurant). Als Bewohner des "Adults only" -Teils des Hotels kann man auch die Facilities des ganzen Hotels benutzen (gilt aber nicht umgekehrt - man kann also Ruhe finden,wenn man möchte!). Es gibt viele Liegen und Sonnenschirme an den Pools und am Strand. Bei Ebbe muss man etwas weiter ins Wasser laufen oder über den Steg ins Wasser gehen. Es gibt ein tolles Hausriff zum Schnorcheln!

A lovely hotel. The view is spectacular. The rooms are pleasant. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good and varied, but the main disadvantage is that you can't really see the scenery. You have to walk in the sea for about 15 to 20 meters and still water is under your knees. No swimming nor diving. Although there are numerous pools, including heated pools, the waters are different.

The first trip to Egypt was a fantastic one. Our suite had a very large, comfortable bed. The personnel gives their best to the clients. Especially ahmed in the vista mare bar and Farouk in the buffet restaurant deserve a special mention. The animation crew provided excellent entertainment. Every night, there were a variety of excellent cuisine options. Favorite was the italian al a carte Vista Mare. All inclusive alcohol is provided by local brands, but international brands are more expensive. We twice went to the spa. Once for a Turkish Hammy and once for a couples massage. A really enjoyable and relaxing experience. The resort is kept tidy, and the gardeners work diligently to keep the plants and grass looking top-notch. Take caution as you should have mosquito spray. The resort spans a large area while still being fairly flat, so there are golf carts available for transporting those who are less able.

Excellent personnel, particularly ahmed lazy. All the friendly entertainment people were fun and we enjoyed dancing with them. The cleaners clean your room very well. The resort is beautiful with clean pools and well-kept gardens. Food is excellent.

In addition, it was the best week in a long time. The hotel offers a ton of things to do. A stunning beach with many water activities, as well as a lovely beach. There is a kids area with two pools, a playground, and an indoor play area, and the pools were excellent with one for every need. The pool was soothing for adults, and there was nice sun loungers. The food was excellent as well. Each day, a variety of topics are included in the buffet. The hotel is kidfriendly, and theres a three nights event for adults that includes a threeweek concert for adults. The employees were also extremely amiable and competent, and they were so cordial and courteous. They take every guest seriously and make you feel at home if they have a problem they resolve right away. Ive never used that in other lodgings, and bartenders and waiters are very nice, speak to you, and make you feel like a friend, Ill happily return. Id like to express my gratitude for a nice week. Id particularly like to thank Mustafa Mahmoud and Mohamed Mishmash for their excellent service throughout the week. You quickly welcomed me and treated me like a friend, and you two are unquestionably the reason I return! Many thanks so much!.

We stayed at the hotel for a week before a nile cruise. When we arrived, we received a free upgrade to a large family room. The accommodations, bars, and restaurants were far above expectations. The food and beverages were decent. Sadly, by the end of the week, I became ill and had to be treated by the resident physician. His treatment and the hotels response both impressed me. They delivered a complimentary food basket to our room and made sure it was delivered. They remained in touch until the conclusion of my stay to see if I was fine. Many thanks to the doctor and all of the staff.
