They have good room service, this hotel is well worth the money. The service was very good and we were very happy with the room service from my friend Mohamed Al atom. They give us another service that we will use as well.

This is the best hotel in Cairo. The location is in the center of Cairo, with beautiful views of the Nile. The staff here are very kind and helpful, with a delicious meal, like one would expect from a hotel like this. The service was also very good and efficient, particularly for Mohammad, the room service. I appreciate this!

I like the hotel lobby because it has a vibrant life. There are always people around and things are very friendly. Also the host of the breakfast restaurant is, a Sara and a man. They welcome guests with a smile and kind words and excellent service. The housekeepers are very friendly and helpful. They made my stay perfect. Thank you, Abdulaziz.

The hotel is dated and worn out. In the citys center, there are several hotels within a mile or so of the pyramid. The wifi signal in the public areas was good, but in our suite, the wifi connection was poor, and we had to request new login details every day because the wifi card had expired after 24 hours. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety, including an omelet making station to your specifications. Be aware of the constantly-present scams and scams, particularly when visiting the airport and traveling throughout the city. After landed at Cairo International, we thought we were clever in lowering the cost of a car down to 300 egp 15 and considered it cheap for a short travel while the hotel transportation would have cost 500 egp. On our way back, we simply pulled up a taxi and asked for the meter to be turned on, and I was shocked to pay egp approve 4 for the same trip. Avoid the stress and haggling, go straight to a taxi and pay what the meter tells you.

Very nice hotel with beautiful lobby with comfortable beds. My favorite is the pool deck with restaurant bar! Even though the pool closes at 6 am, they allowed us to bathe our feet in the pool and view the city lights while having a beer after a long day in cairo. Convenience store where you can buy snacks and great pastry bakery with amazing late night desserts! Excellent breakfast opens at 630 am with omelets pasties meat potatoes Delicious. Cons fridge and safe didn't work.

I had a good 6 night stay at the pyramid in dock, and I'm extremely happy I chose to ignore some of the terrible remarks I had read before making my reservation. On the first floor, with a view of the pool, we slept in a roomy suite with two bathrooms and a large sitting area. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently located, just a short taxi ride from downtown Cairo. I would undoubtedly return there! Many thanks to all of the pyramid team.

Pyramid, is an old hotel building, but it was well maintained. The carpet in the foyer may have been a little dated, but the hotel and rooms were clean and pleasant. All the staff I met were very nice and accommodating. We didn't like the half-board meal requirement. But the meals were great when we arrived around dinner time. Which was mostly breakfast and some time a late dinner. We didn't visit Egypt to spend much time at the hotel, rate hotel building I minus, staff minus, food minus. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my friends.

I absolutely recommend this hotel. This is our place of stay. The staff is wonderful and helpful. All the employees are very pleasant. The cuisine served at the hotel is very delicious, with a wide variety and variety. The hotel is very close to tourist attractions. We are having a great time and enjoying our stay. My and Mars Karma.

Booked through our travel company egypt portal. 2 bookings one at the beginning of the tour and another at the end of the tour. Arrived at 20.00 for 2 nights. Rp 1001, no towels, no water bottles, floor needs mopping, furniture is very badly used and stained. Come in at 22.00 for 3 nights. Rp 812. Filthy! Dust hanging from ac return grate, thick dust on picture on wall, curtains stained and in poor condition, area carpet poorly stained and just disgusting, visible dust on floor next to ground out cigarette butt. 1 cup, no coffee, no hand towels, no water, unsecure interior door to adjacent rp. Over an hour spent trying to make rp liveable by housekeeping and maintenance. The next morning we chatted with the hotel manager and heckled. Then our tour guide arrives at 9:00. We advise above and ask for help. He starts the conversation with the front desk and the hotel agrees. Back from 1530 on the tour to the lovely new room 404. If you must stay here, make sure to get a room on floors 3, 4, and 5. These have been renovated and are surprisingly clean. The only saving grace of Pyramid is its superb breakfast buffet. I advise you to spend extra cash and reserve elsewhere.

Sungai Nil dikenal sebagai sungai terpanjang di dunia. Melewati Cairo ibu kota Mesir dengan sekitar 24 juta penduduk tentu memberikan arti yang sangat besar. Lokasinya sangat strategis untuk menikmati nil. Lobinya nyaman dan besar. Kamarnya lembar. Perlengkapan mandi ooh kalau perlu sikat gigi dengan mudah kita bisa meminta pula. TV besar, kulkas dan lainlain lengkap tersedia. Nyaman di cairo nyaman didepan nil di hotel sofitel.

The first impression was great from the start, greeting the doorman and the receptionist and then being led to our suite by a member of the guest relations team. The view of the river nile was amazing, and the housekeeping service was great. Guest relations is the Giant Director of Guest Relations and her teams, particularly Sandra, are excellent at assisting with our needs during our stay. My Mohamed and Elimoney in the executive lounge and his teams in both shifts are outstanding providers of great service with a great smile and attention. Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic, however, the serving staff needs to pay more attention to guests needs and see the details. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Sofitel Hotel, and we hope to return. It's a pleasure to stay at this hotel! Thank you, Susan.

We had a good experience at the hotel. I had a free upgrade which was greatly appreciated, the rooms were cleaned continuously, I liked the quandary service which had a reasonable price, great staff in hotel well handling the flow of services the pool and cafe are nice! Atms, pharmacy..etc are all provided in the hotel the location is perfect for me, in the city return not far from all important landmarks thank you for your effort
