Excellent, affordable, clean hotel with a very friendly staff. Perfect location in downtown. The Grand Agor has been refurbished in the last three years, so everything is new and modern—including the private bathrooms in each room. Highly recommended.

The stay was great! Service and communication was great. The AC issue is a nonissue to us - we understand those things. The feng shui was amazing. Check in simple. It would be cool to have a washer and dryer on site for guests. The room was very clean, but if I may be honest, a little dusty. I think the finer details need attention: like dust, floorboards, cracks and corners, shower leaks onto the floor. I would stay there again, without a doubt! The location and entrance and stairs and high ceilings, etc. Thank you!

Beautiful, original hotel in the city center. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and the room size was very spacious and very tidy, the owner was a tour guide in the past and was really helpful in arranging a tour. The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome during our stay.

As a solo female I loved the location and friendly staff. They quickly made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. This was by far the nicest hotel I stayed in Egypt. It's a little tricky to locate but that's the only downside.

The hotel is near their square, the Egyptian museum, and a few other historic downtown highlights. While the exterior of the building seems a little dated and completely out of the hotel's control the hotel's entrance and interior are lovely and welcoming. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms are spacious and have all the necessities. Free tea and water are available throughout the day in the dining area. A few drawbacks street noise is very clearly heard from within the room windows are not double panel, and cabrones love to honk for any and all reasons, so youll still feel very in touch with street life even within the hotel. Breakfast is quite ordinary expect toast, hardboiled eggs, jam, and a small cup of yoghurt accompanied by tea or escape. The bedsheets are really in need of upgrading because they are extremely rough and scratchy, making sleeping difficult. While there is a clear no-smoking sign at the front desk, staff smoke in the common areas, including the dining area, entry, and dining areas. There are only six rooms in the room, and our room had no pillowcases and only one towel. When I checked out, one staff member sat in front of me smoking. When I called him out about it, pointing at the no-smoking sign right in front of us, and he apologized

This is the place if you adore the old world. The bones are lovely cage elevator, grand front doors, worn marble steps, balconyes, and floor to ceiling windows. Lively and tastefully done. Beds are excellent, with excellent wifi and air conditioning and conveniently located above snack shops and cheap water. Also a fantastic, valuable location and easy to get an uber. Glassed showers are a unique and pleasant way to connect. However, they are really just right for people who enjoy looking at each other on the toilet. Maybe not for best friends, work colleagues, or your dad. The scheduled driver was lovely and waited when we were delayed at the airport. And staff wanna deserves to be recognized for her generosity, attention to detail, and competence. The only real drawback, and the reason we only had one included breakfast, was being caught up in mustafa. He wanted to change our current plans and pressed us to go to his other property so he could redesign our entire trip. Pushy. This was so annoying and rude that we canceled our plans to return to this hotel at the end of our trip. Just avoid this man. It's really terrible.

I would highly recommend this hotel to others. The hotel staff is really friendly. I asked for an airport pickup, they had it planned. I also requested early breakfast before, and afa prepared breakfast on time. Is afa, my frag, and my looky are very good people at the hotel. They also showed me around the city.

飯店本身比較老舊了，但是老式電梯超級酷的！！飯店服務的人員態度都非常親切，我們本來住的那間熱水無法用，跟他們反應之後他們馬上處理，之後幫我們直接換了一間房間。
